We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and "BAMMER" it was closed, we should have stayed with the neighbors across the street at "Hampton Inn & Suites"

We had a very nice stay here. The property was being renovated and loud work started early in the morning and woke us up several days so that was a minus. Housekeeping was erratic. Gym and breakfast and room size were all great.

Won’t be staying here again. One of the two elevators was out with no apparent effort to repair it. Pool area was closed down also again, with no apparent effort to repair (if it was even in need of repair). I was told it had been closed off for more than two weeks. Kudos to the owner for not disclosing it because I would have booked elsewhere if I had known. This way, they were able to high gross me and still didn’t have to provide the amenities as advertised. Breakfast was also a ruse. They had it, but nothing anyone would want. Pancake maker was broken, no eggs, no bacon, etc., etc. there did appear to be some stale biscuits and gravy but couldn’t bring myself to be putting what I saw in my body. On the plus side, the room was clean.

The room was clean. The hotel was convenient. It was a holiday weekend and a bit busier than usual. There was only 1 front desk clerk and she was slammed with people waiting, phone ringing, taking calls, a computer that locked up and dealing with guests who wanted her to find them another hotel because the pool was closed. I was the second person waiting and it took about 15 minutes for me to get up to the counter to check in. The clerk was very professional throughout all of her interactions, but she should not have been alone. I returned to the front desk later to get another set of towels, and again later for sodas, and each time she was on lengthy phone calls and was still by herself, taking a few minutes to help me. We stayed one night, and didnt get much sleep because whoever was directly above us had kids jumping off the bed and thumping our ceiling until well after midnight. Not one of our best hotel experiences recently.

Good location very close to I-45 without being just in front of the freeway and he noise. Good businesses around and a Waffle House in walking distance. Could use an upgrade in rooms, better TVs and better WIFI. Elevators were not working in my stay because repairman wasn't able to reach the hotel in the Dallas freeze. Low stock and no diet soft drinks in the hotel vending area.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They had computer issues that left all people with paid reservations in their lobby unable to check in for several hours. No manager arrived to begin trying to help for over an hour. The desk clerk actually hid in a back office for over 30mins without giving any of us any sort of update. Upon finally getting into a room I was told that all cable and Wi-Fi services were down. Unless you want to stare at four walls for hours while the staff shrugs their shoulders......go elsewhere.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked into my room To see multiple cockroaches in the entryway. I spent time checking the bed itself, and it appeared to be clean, so I immediately went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning and walked into the bathroom, I realize there was blood on the wall behind the toilet. I’m glad I fell asleep as soon as I did because there were more cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk person, Oscar, was absolutely horrible. He hung up on me during a phone conversation and was disrespectful and rude when I checked out. It’s one thing to have a completely disgusting hotel but then to be completely disgusting to your customers with no customer service or any people skills whatsoever was worse than the actual stay. There aren’t many hotels in this area. Unfortunately, this one is the highest ranked one online but after staying in the property, I believe that the score is not accurate for what the hotel actually presents. I would avoid at all cost not just because of Oscar and his terrible customer service but because of the room, the bugs, and the cleanliness of the property.

I paid for a room with a hot-tub but was placed in regular room. They couldn’t refund me the difference because I paid through 3rd party. This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Corsicana, even with that mistake my stay was amazing up until last night. There was a party in the room above mine. I called front desk in hopes that they would take care of this but nothing was really done the ppl above me were extremely loud with music, yelling, and stomping through out the entire night. Just that one night was the worst hotels experience I’ve ever had. I had a 8 hour drive ahead and no sleep. I do recommend this place the staff and room service is great although if you stay through out the weekend you might experience a restless night.

Over booked. Told me that “customer cancelled” stay… I did not cancel our stay. I was calling to confirm a pack and play for our 18 month old to sleep in after a 10 hour drive. Stay was alright but on the first night after visiting with our friends in their room my sister, my 8month old and myself went back to our room. Upon arrival our key would not work. We went down to the lobby to get some assistance with a new key. After ringing the bell several times and also calling out no one came. We finally informed our friend that we may need to stay with them after our friends even attempted to ring the front desk for help. Finally we had to go back behind the desk to the office area where the clerk was asleep and we gently tapped him to awake him so he could get us a new key. He was very apologetic and we weren’t angry wi the him but it was a little concerning thinking of the what ifs of an unmanned lobby where anyone could have come in. Not to mention not having access to our belongings and our rooms with a sleepy and cranky 8 month old.

Drove 4 hours to find out they overbooked and did not have a room for us. We booked a month in advance and was never notified that it was cancelled by holiday inn or hotels.com. We were also never refunded any money so I now have to wait till Monday to talk to somebody about getting a refund. Staff didn’t care and said the employees were just stressed out. They told us to just deal with hotels.com
