The staff was wonderful!! So friendly. Easy check in. They allowed us to swim a bit longer because we got there a bit later. The sun was still up and we were respectful of others so that might be why but they were so polite to us. We will absolutely stay there for every visit!

It's a nice clean place. Everything worked perfectly. I stayed in mid November so amenities were limited (no breakfast or coffee in the lobby) not many people staying here at that time. The Diner down the street is very good and a good bargain too!

The staff was very friendly. There was a small problem with the TV, but that was quickly rectified. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. It was very quiet at night. And the parking was easy and secure. They do need to repair the soda machine though. Luckily, there was a Mavrick gas station just across the street.

Not musty or mildew, but old. Tub and sink basin were clean, but sink counter had not been wiped; there were soap rings from the prior guest. Bedding was clean though there was ink stain on the sheets. Bed had huge divet in one side, needed to be rotated at the least. Other side was comfortable, were there two of us would not have worked. Shower was hot and pressure ok, but a new showerhead would go a long way. Spray was so dispersed it took forever to wash hair.

Very accommodating staff. We arrived early and they allowed us to check into our room. Very much appreciated. Location is great - right in historic downtown! Walking distance from Southern Utah Univ. Only stayed one night, and the price was appropriate for a one-night stay in a clean room. Strong WiFi. Down sides: very dated, needs new carpet, AC/Heating units, tub/shower, and furnishings. No where in the room to plug in charging cords for phones!!! Weird lighting set-up for bathroom/sink area - one light switch turned on the lights to both the outer sink vanity area and the smaller toilet/tub space; no fan to air out shower steam.

It's an average inexpensive motel. Very small bathroom. Shower flow weak. Expedia said it has breakfast but all there was were apples, packaged sweet rolls, milk,juice, tea and coffee. Nice couple at check-in.

Room smelled like old cigarettes when you turned on the AC. No anti-slip strips or mat for safety in the bathtub. Property needs to be upgraded. But it served its purpose being so close to the Shakespeare festival. No bad feelings, just suggestions

It was a nice “mom and pop” place. We checked in late and ended up doing the transaction thru a window. The owners child took the agreement after I signed it. They would have gotten a better review if they had a proper sign. I actually went to the place next door and their manager said it’s happened before.

The refrigerator didn’t freeze my ice packs overnight, so you may need to buy ice the next day. The room was in good order. The service was fine. The breakfast danish wrapped in plastic was good. But if you want a decent breakfast, go somewhere else.
