We always stay here when we're in Jackson. It's location works for us, the rooms are fantastic and you can get some fantastic deals depending on the time of year. Looking forward to our next stay.

This is a well kept older hotel with clean rooms. We enjoyed the location. The restaurant on site is handy. The morning servers had no personality or even engaged. They don’t appear to like their jobs. My single biggest complaint was the coffee at breakfast and in the lobby. Some of the most bitter nasty coffee I have had in a long time. I could not drink it. This forced us to have breakfast somewhere else on day-2. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out four days later the staff was helpful, friendly and engaging. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff are great. Restaurant was great as well. Coffee is 24/7 and tasty, The hot tub is great with a fireplace and large size plus clean bathroom adjacent to change and shower. Great location where you can walk to fine dining.

The location was convenient and we really liked the room, which had a super comfortable bed, attractive decor, pleasant shower, cozy seating, good toiletries, and nice touches like a heating lamp, robes, slippers, an ironing board, steamer, etc. The view out the window was ho-hum (an auto body shop), but I have a feeling that's somewhat common in Jackson. The lobby was warm and inviting, with welcoming coffee, tea and cookies. That being said, we found the staff in the lobby and the restaurant to be indifferent and inattentive, which lowered our overall rating.
