One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Check-in was fast and simple. Kathy at the front desk was exceptional. She was super friendly, competent, and helpful, telling us about all the facilities and services. You can tell that she loves what she does. The hotel is less than 3 months old so it was in mint condition with super clean rooms. There was plenty of well-lit parking and the entrances are secured by keycard. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including bagel, scrambled eggs or veggie omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereals and more. I definitely recommend this motel. 👍👍

Nice, brand new or renovated hotel. Clean everywhere. Breakfast was good and plenty. First night, the hotel lost power for like half an hour. Three hours later, a fire alarm was set off and everyone had to get out. This happened around 1 am so you can imagine the headache and the scare. Wasn’t compensated for this inconvenience. The hotel is situated in a pretty busy intersection so you’re gonna hear everything all the time.

The hotel looks new, very clean.they have a swimming pool in the back. Great place for a little family vacation in Conyers GA , will recommend it to anybody who want clean, quiet hotel in this town.

The first room had no heat, and after returning late to a freezing room, staff confirmed the unit was broken. We had to move rooms at 1 AM. The second room had a live bug crawling in the bed, and the next day the same dead bug was still on the sheets—clear proof the linens were never changed. Management did not contact us for two days, and when we finally spoke to someone, we were told, “Since you’re here for a funeral, why are you worried about the room?” Completely unprofessional and insensitive. Despite prepaying, we were also charged multiple additional amounts on two different cards, causing financial issues during an already difficult trip. Now, we are being billed again for “stains on towels,” which feels like yet another unjustified charge added on top of an already unacceptable stay. Between the unsanitary conditions, the billing problems, and the dismissive attitude from management, this hotel failed at every level. I do not recommend staying here.

The location was great. Right off of I-20. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our television went out and they quickly moved us to another room. I gave it 4stars because our bathroom shower curtain was torn on both sides and instead of replacing it, it was just temporarily tacked back up.

The room was perfect. Tv couldn’t connect to stream from phone. And then tv glitched out in middle of night and next morning. Only to be told to unplug tv and that they don’t have the ability to stream from phone to connect to tv. Every other IHG affiliate I been to has that option, so was weird.

Excellent hotel. I book when I stay in Conyers. I didn’t like the fact that toilet paper was not left in the bathroom by housekeeping. When I called down to front desk, I was told to come get it from them. That’s not good service for paying customers to have a worthy stay at your hotel.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. But i didnt receive the room i booked. I booked a king suite with a walk in shower due to needing easier accessibility, however was given a standard double queen room. When notified front desk, i was told someone was supposed to have called me and informed before check in. Nobody called me. The receptionist did give me a slightly (about $10) lower rate....but i booked according to what i needed.

We booked this hotel last minute after checking into a hotel close by. We left a run down, dirty hotel after a weekend of sports games, and showed up to this hotel and were so thankful. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to get us in a room quickly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. I would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was superb. Derrick the front desk attendant was easy going and a delight to interact with. Everything went smoothly from confirmation of the reservation, to arrival, during the length of our stay and through check out. I would return to this establishment which surpasses all expectations.

Easy off of 20 roadside hotel to stay at. The staff was friendly and the place was decently clean with comfortable beds. Stayed here 1 night on a 12 hour roadtrip to break up the travel. Which is good because with traffic my trip turned into 16 hours. Would stay there for a night again but not an extended stay kind of place.

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay here. The only small thing I would recommend is extending the breakfast hours on the weekend. Breakfast ending at 9:30 on a saturday/sunday is a little early in my opinion. But the breakfast was nice!

Chose this hotel over our usual hotel because they offered turkey sausages (or any non-pork option) for breakfast. Of course the day we booked they only offered full pork menu. So no breakfast for us. On the other hand, the staff was lovely and the rooms are excellent! I also love that the bathroom has all items we’re not allowed to carry in our suitcase.
