Several reviews note the pool and some common areas closed during renovations and the lack of breakfast. Parking can be tight at night, and some guests found exterior areas cluttered during works. Overall, expect a budget extended-stay base with strong value but notable trade-offs.

The property was just remodeled it looks good but still has a little flaws. The a/c unit was leaking and there was water in the floor. Everything was nice still a little construction.

Beautiful remodeled room. Pool not opened yet because of renovations going on, but it did not matter to us on this trip.

It was an extremely frustrating experience because the parking wasn’t available and there was entirely too much noise from people sitting in cars playing music late into the night.

The grounds are full trash and construction debris. there is a car engine in the parking lot. This hotel should not even be open accepting customers.

I did not like that the parking lot was so small and the parking was horrible. If you wanted to go out late and came back no where to park. The evening staff was not good... Someone went unto my room right after we arrived.. We left and went to dinner. We had the DND on the door came back it was on the floor.... SMH The room had long hairs all over the place very unclean dishes we pulled out of cabinet were dirty. We didnt get clean towel until it was time to leave. I came for my birthday and I couldnt shower nor Iron my clothes before our elegant dinner. The lady on first shift was awesome. She left us towel we went down and they said we didnt have any there for us. On my Birthday weekend I expected more... Not happy with it at all with my stay.

The customer service is top tier! I don’t think any other hotel I’ve been too compares to the customer service here ! They will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied . Even when it comes down to the cleaning crew ! They will come by to make sure all your needs are met . This hotel is coming along great . They are doing renovations so some things may be a little out of order , however I think that when they finish everything this will be a great establishment. My only concern is that if you are new to the hotel , please ensure that when you Enter your room you shut the door completely until you hear the locks snap. If the door isn’t shut completely it is very easy for the door to pushed open without the need of a key. There isn’t any breakfast and the pool and laundry is currently unavailable . I’m sure that’s due to them still renovating. Other than that ! Main stay is the place to be !

It was okay, just a strange place. The pool was closed by DHEC, the room was clean but the hallways were creepy and tje hallway carpets dirty, the outside door that you badge into the building with the room key was broken. It was just a strange place to stay. The registration staff was lovely. Not an overall bad place but just weird.

I showed up and attempted to check in at 3:30pm and they told me they were booked from the previous night and had no clean rooms available at the moment and I had to come back in a few hours. They then refused to cancel me so I could be refunded because I had booked via Expedia. I waited a few hours and the room was still nasty and smelly when I checked in! Hair in the shower everywhere, dirty linen, and the bathroom and the entire room smelling like sewage.

Location great. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean however, I wasnt aware my husband and I would have to be sharing the room with roaches. Dried up roach remains in the sheets, baby roach crawling on the sheet, baby roach in the toilet bowl and around the bathroom sink. I spoke to front desk who stated they had the room recently sprayed and would follow up with another spray. I couldnt believe the hotel was still renting out the room with this pest issue. We flew cross country from California and this was a not so great experience.

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Cleanliness not so good, the bathroom was dirty. (Hair in shower and toilet, toilet dirty) we did not complain since we arrived at 2 am and were exhausted. I just pulled out my Clorox wipes did a quick clean. We slept on top of bedding and used our travel pillows as it looked like the linens had not been changed from the previous guest. The hotel was roomy, front desk friendly, I would just recommend higher cleaning standards

Newly renovated rooms were fully equipped with kitchenette. Still under construction and unfortunately there was no Wifi during our stay. The first room had a water leak from exterior rain event but it appeared this was only due to recent renovation. A comparable room was quickly provided and service was excellent.

I stay in a lot of extended stay hotels, but this one is at the top of the list. big, clean, updated room with a good, well stocked kitchen. When I walked in for the first time I thought my room may have been the actual one I saw in the photos on the website. Remember in the old days, when there was housekeeping? They still have it here! Close to all kinds of restaurants, parks, a huge mall and whatever. Great staff, too.

Room looks like it was remodeled recently, so it was good. With that said, there were no frills - just basics like two-burner stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. There were no cooking or eating ware, no utensils. No hangers, hair dryer, iron or ironing board. It would've been nicer if the items had been in the room and not had to go to the office to ask for things. I was attending a conference and didn't really have time to go to the office to ask for all those items. They also don't offer any kind of breakfast. Aside from that, it was a good stay. Though, I found a shattered bottle of liquor by my car the morning I checked out. Makes you think and wonder.

Check in lady “Miss SJ” was very rude. she did not smile at all, you could tell she did not want to be there, answered questions with vague answers. She was not personable. We needed extra towels- were told “y’all have to bring the dirty ones back to us and we will replace them with clean ones”. in all my years of traveling and staying at a hotel, I have never heard of having to exchange dirty towels for clean ones. Wouldn’t stay with this company again.

My stay was horrible I drove 9 hours and was ready to come relax at a clean hotel but to my surprise it wasn’t. The lobby was being renovated so it was dusty, dirty and had plastic all over. Once in the room the floor was dirty and sticky so we had to sweep and mop the floor ourselves after going to buy a mop, bucket, broom and dust pan and cleaning supplies. The sheets and towels had stains on them so we had to buy our own blankets to sleep with. The only thing I can say is there wasn’t any bugs. There was a helpful young lady I don’t remember her name but it begins with an S she made sure the last night we had all fresh sheets which we should have had in the beginning but not her fault. I talked to the front everyday and they told me I would be discount for my stay and gave me a receipt for my new charge when I checked out but only got back half of what the receipt told me I would get back. I called again once I got home to see where the rest of my refund was and got no help. DON’T GO TO THIS PROPERTY…. Only reason we stayed was everywhere else was booked.

The room was fine, but when we got up the next morning, we saw the police at the office. We learned when we came out to the parking lot to load our car that seven vehicles in the lot had been broken into overnight, including the pick-up truck parked next to our vehicle. This was in a well-lit area along the driveway between the hotel’s two buildings and right outside of the office. I’m not sure how the person working overnight could not have heard something. We felt very fortunate that our car was not broken into, but we will not be staying at this property again.

Very nice and clean property. Would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner filled, more utensils/cooking equipment, a rack for wet washcloths and towels as well as chairs by the pool but otherwise was a very nice stay.

Lots of construction going on. Tv in room didn’t work properly so I called the front desk and was advised to turn it off and back on again. This did not work. The best thing about the place is it’s a great location. No coffee available or in room

The hotel advertised breakfast included yet when we got there there was no breakfast apparently the construction wasn't set up yet. Staff stated we can get a breakfast bag to go with basic things in it, when we did that we were told that since our unit had a kitchen the breakfast bag did not apply to us. They need to take that off there site. The reason we even booked this hotel was because of breakfast being included. The floors in the unit were not clean. Our socks were filthy just walking around. It was totally a no frills hotel. No tissues, tiny cheap towels. The rack for TP kept falling off. However, all being said the beds weren't bad and the room was large. We had to queen beds in 1 room and a separate room with another queen bed along with a couch in the main area. That suited our situation and that is hard to come by in the hotels.

Not so good. Check in office poor. No cups in room. No coffee maker on room. Ice in other building. Shower bad for turning on water. Had to stand under head and turn on water. Couldn't adjust water temperature before getting under it. Luggage cart to bring in motel was only one and it felt like it was going to fall apart.

Great location and brand new hotel. Had a good night sleep with nice bedding. But, since new, there were some items not yet completed... for for hotel management... no hangars provided, no soap dish, no hooks to hang a towel or clothing inside bathroom, coffee was provided in the room, however, only one decaf and one regular... we had to flip a coin on who drank the regular between the two of us. The room was yet to be decorated as well. Was great location, right next door walking distance to several good restaurants. I'm sure soon they will attend to these details.

I just came for an overnight stay while apartment hunting, so I was only in the room at night. The room is smaller, but is perfect for a quick stay. Full size fridge, dishwasher, two burner induction cooktop, bowls, plates, and silverware. The bathroom has a touchscreen mirror and a very room-y shower. The air conditioning works fine, keeping the room itself very cool, however in bed the air doesn’t touch you somehow. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and it was hot throughout the night while in bed, even after pulling the covers off, despite the rest of the room being cool. I don’t know how that happened, it makes no sense, but I was able to get some sleep, watch some TV (which has a lot of channels) in bed, had a good shower, and got up early and left. For a one night stay, it did the job. Very nice employees! I encountered four different employees and each one that I interacted with was very sweet and seemed happy to be there, so wonderful customer service, 5/5 stars for the employees!
