This property needs alot of restoration It does look they are starting some kind of renovation. The sheers/drapes in my room were falling apart and there was 3-4 big stains in carpet. The room overall was clean but not worth $200. The pool was not available with no indication when it would be.

The front desk staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth. This hotel is under renovation and it's good that it is. It definitely needs it and I'm sure will be much better once all of that is complete. The room, though worn out and old, was clean, so that was good and we had a decent night's sleep. The vending machine on our floor wasn't plugged in, so there was no purchasing a drink unless we wanted to drive somewhere. The breakfast didn't look all that good to us, so we skipped it. All in all, I think they are charging a bit too much for how torn up parts of the hotel currently are, but we were able to get a good rest.

Very disappointing experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The hotel advertised a buffet breakfast, but what was actually provided was far from a proper buffet. Many of the food items were not available, and the staff did not refill the items that had run out. For the price paid, I expected a clean, comfortable room and a breakfast service that matched what was advertised. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet these basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

The only positive about this stay was that the room was clean. First of all, when we arrived the desk clerk could not figure out how to change my credit card in the computer so that I could pay. The card on file had expired so he kept telling me he was going to have to call a company to get approval of my new card so that we could check in. I finally got him to understand the simplicity of just charging the new card (30 minutes later). Second… I ALWAYS base my decision on booking by whether there is a pool and hot tub (mostly hot tub). They had both but you weren’t allowed to use them. You could smell the chlorine (and if you’rea fan of hot tubs this is always a delightful smell) but then told that they weren’t open with no reason why and NO WARNING that they weren’t functioning prior to booking! I would not have booked here. Third…We always put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door handle as soon as we enter our room. On the first morning waking up there a cleaning lady knocked on our door, yelled out “housekeeping” and before we could reply she just unlocked and walked right in!!!! WTH?? Fourth…The breakfast food was very discolored (eggs) and did not taste right, let alone taste good. Lastly, every single time we left our room to go somewhere, upon our return we would have to get new key cards made because they would never stay working. EVERY TIME. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but this was just terrible. We will never be back.

I understand the hotel is under construction but the rooms, hallways etc should still be cleaned. It was apparent our rooms floors were dirty ie bathroom floor had dirt and hairs. Shower floor was dirty. I even used my wet ones to clean the side table and lamps as they were dirty. Stains on the couch. I was worried the sheets had not been changed but I think that may have been the only cleaning in the bathroom. Also breakfast the next day no one came out to wipe off the counter or dump the overflowing coffee trash can. When we arrived the older woman was nice and told us she thought we had a fridge in the room. We did but the leg was broken so hard to open and close. The young lady that checked us in didn’t even say hello or tell us about anything perhaps she was in training? I won’t be staying here in the future
