Quality Inn Warrensburg

What guests think

At Quality Inn Warrensburg, guests consistently praise the friendly, welcoming staff and generally clean, comfortable rooms, along with a convenient location near the university; however, feedback on the complimentary breakfast is mixed.

Several reviews note facility quirks such as pool closures at times, an occasional elevator outage, plentiful parking, and free EV charging. Room experiences vary, with many finding quiet stays and comfortable beds, while others report worn mattresses, TVs not working, weak Wi‑Fi, warm showers or slow drains, humidity, or ants. Overall, this is a practical choice for short visits.

Very clean facility. The pool was nice for kids, staff was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that could use improvement was the breakfast. Had a very small selection but if you aren’t picky it was still nice. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

My daughter and I stayed here last November and were so happy with the accommodations, we decided to stay here again during a family visit. The complimentary breakfast and indoor pool were big draws for us, but the biggest reason we returned was the friendly and helpful staff-they were exceptional both times! My only complaint was that our room seemed to have an extremely high level of humidity, so much so that our bathing suits and towels never fully dried during our stay.

The staff at Best Western were very nice. Unfortunately, our room was not in the best shape. We killed 2 pretty large wolf spiders, one being on my bed, the cable in our room hardly ever worked, there were a pair of underwear in the closet that were there when we got in our room. The pool was nice but it was extremely hot in the pool are so i had to go into the dinning area to watch my daughter swim and the towels to dry off were gone. The breakfast was great and, as I said earlier, the staff was super friendly and helpful but the quality of the rooms needs quite a bit of attention.

Promised two rooms next to each other when I called earlier in the week. Rooms were not available at check in so they were on the same floor but not next to each other. And had a birthday cake out on the desk in the room for a couple hours. Once I looked again, it was covered in ants.

Quality Inn has some of the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. They smiled, spoke kindly, and were super helpful from the front desk to housekeeping staff. It seems like an older property that has been renovated, but it was super clean and comfortable.

The mattress in room 208 had such “people” dips on both sides that I thought maybe it was a sleep number that we need to adjust. We searched for a control in the room, but could not find one. We tried to sleep in the bed anyways. But by 3:30 am we were both awake and sore. I went to the front desk to ask if the bed was adjustable, he said no it is a regular mattress. So ultimately we ended up packing up and leaving around 4am. Please change that mattress out before you put more guest in that room, and any other room that needs a new mattress.

Keycards deactivated at 10:30 with checkout being at 11 resulting in less time to ensure all belongings were gathered. Unable to get back in, i checked my luggage to see if I had everything, I did not. I called to advise I would return in a couple hours to retrieve the items that were left. I was placed on hold and advised there was a single sock and a tube of makeup. The items that were left totaled over 200 dollars. No issues with hotel itself.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we walked into our first room, the temperature was on 61. When we turned it up to 70 the room immediately had a bad smell. The front desk staff was able to change our room, which we were grateful for. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was not very busy. There were 4 guests in the dining area during breakfast. Breakfast was okay. They had 2 types of cereal, some type of egg and what looked like sausage links, juice, milk, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, etc. I understand it is difficult to fix food for people when you aren't sure how many will eat and you don't want to waste it. There was an indoor pool but we did not have time to swim. Overall, it worked for a 1 night stay.
