I’ve stayed at this location many times. In fact, most of my projects are 20 to 30 minutes away from this hotel, but I choose to stay here for all of the qualities that they continue to provide. On my most recent visit, the young woman working at the counter, her name was Tori. She was absolutely flawless with her customer service skills. After I checked into my room, I realized that there was a guest in the next room that would more than likely disrupt my stay. I went down to the counter and asked Tori if she could accommodate me in moving me to a different location. Without hesitation, she graciously jumped in and found me a different room on an upper floor. From that point forward, my stay was flawless as always. Tori reminded me of some of the customer service we once received at nearly every business 20-years ago. I will continue to stay at this location whenever possible.

It was so so. Fine but entirely unremarkable. Relatively pricey but the other guests were kinda low class and in room amenities were lame: one keurig, plastic cups (no glass). Staff was nice and professional though.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Friendly staff. Hotel is not located within walking distance to many places to eat so be aware of that when you book. We stayed over a weekend during the summer and the pool area was filled with families and loud children; I'm glad we had a room that was not facing the pool.

All was great w the hotel EXCEPT the description for the room stated that there were two queen beds PLUS availability for a rollaway bed in the room, which we requested and it looked like that had been accepted. We specifically chose this hotel as we had three adults and needed the rollaway bed option. When we arrived (late and tired) we were told that this location did not provide rollaway beds. There were no other options provided. The room was also slated as a "suite" but it was really just a larger room. There wasn't even a sofa, just one chair. This was absolutely not what was needed. Again, no other options were suggested or accommodated. VERY disappointing. Otherwise, the property and staff were great.

The room was very cleaned. The amenities were available and stocked every day. I’m glad there was a coffee pot in the room.I enjoyed the breakfast the days I was there. I wish I had time to use a swimming pool, but I sat out by the fire pits. I would go back again.
