The location of the hotel was brilliant, views were amazing. The rooms were also lovely but did come with a few flaws, our shower ran cold and jacuzzi made bubbling noises all night due to it not being filled up. This was sorted out for us^ Service was not you’d expect for a 5 star, some requests had to be made multiple times before they happened. Breakfast choices were limited and repetitive. Other than that our time at Flow was brilliant, and was definitely worth the money!
