First and foremost the staff is excellent. Very helpful and accommodating for a tourist with very limited Spanish. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The first floor rooms from B -F are going to have noise from the club across the street Probably second floor too. Was able to walk to far more than I thought possible from this location. It was difficult for me to get onto internet, Wifi yes. Internet, no. Secure valet parking was a plus. For the price this is a very good choice.

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Parking was tough initially because the valet area was being used and the hotel is on the corner of two one way streets so we had to drive around for a while until a valet spot opened up. The hotel lobby is very pretty and check in was easy. We booked 3 rooms and had to be moved out of one of our rooms because the ac was not working. They were very quick about finding a new room for us. Power was turned off on the second day of our stay because the CFE (electric company) was conducting some sort of service. Thankfully we had planned a day out, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk or short uber ride to many places of interest, so it has a convenient location. However, once businesses start shutting down at night the area’s atmosphere seems to change and I don’t recommend being out and about.

El hotel se ve que ha sido renovado recientemente. Los colchones son nuevos y todo está en perfecto estado en la habitación. Lo único negativo de las instalaciones es el elevador viejo, nos quedamos atorados unos minutos porque no abría la puerta en el piso que íbamos y regresamos al primero y tuvimos que subir 3 pisos a pie con mis padres de edad avanzada. La ubicación es buena, hay supermercados cerca y lugares para comer y pasear a pie. Otra cosa que nos sucedió y no nos percatamos a tiempo es que el carro tenía un rayón, no sabemos si fue cosa del valet parking o dentro del estacionamiento ocurrió con otro vehículo pero eso está muy mal. Recomiendo que revisen sus autos antes de irse.

You can hear the outside noisy, the room has no fridge. We asked for ice and they had ran out more they were able to provide me with a container so I could go out to Oxxo and purchase ice for my self. The room was very clean and staff were friendly.

Contacté al hotel porque mi viaje era de negocios y me adelantaron las fechas por 3 días y ocupaba cambiar las fechas. Nadie usó la habitación y el hotel se ganó los $110 de una reserva. Yo estuve super anuente a que me cobraran una multa, pero no hubo forma que alguien del hotel ni a través de Expedia tuviera la empatía suficiente como para ayudarme. Dejo el review para que tengan en cuenta que ante cualquier problema el hotel no les va a brindar ningún tipo de ayuda. Tuve que reservar otro hotel donde me trataron espectacular, imprevistos nos pueden pasar a cualquiera pero la poca flexibilidad de este hotel es impresionante.

Los del personal son súper amables y atentos. El hotel está muy limpio, las camas y almohadas bastante cómodas. El área si está algo ruidosa durante la noche y obviamente es por el área céntrica. Queda cerca para caminar para el área de la catedral, restaurantes, farmacia, panaderías y tiendas. Súper recomendado con un precio accesible y las cualidades que tienen.

En general todo bien, bastante limpio, el personal amable, las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas; cuentan con aire acondicionado, las camas muy cómodas y en esencia todo ameno, te resguardan tu equipaje si llegas antes del check in y necesitas salir. El único gran detalle fue el restaurante, te dicen que tienen servicio desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche, pero en mi experiencia fui pasadas las 12 de la tarde y no contaban con servicio aún, me hicieron esperar y tampoco contaban con todo el menú que proporcionan, una lástima porque la comida estaba considerablemente buena. No tienes mayor problema si tu propósito es solo llegar a descansar porque sí que es un 10/10 para ello.

Todo muy bien, el costo y la ubicación excelente, hotel limpio y ordenado. Solo agregaría como mejora que abran el restaurante más temprano según abrían 730 am pero llegaba uno a esa hora y no tenían nada que apenas iban a prender la plancha y que se tardaban como 30 minutos y había tours temprano que no se podía desayunar ahí. Muy buen servicio de gente de Lobby

I only stayed for one night but had a nice time staying at this hotel. The only difficulty was finding it on Google Maps - it's listed as "Hotel Vista Hermosa" rather than HVH by Yaxché. With that said, it's super easy to check-in and check-out, the surrounding area is in the historic city center, and there's even a restaurant on the third floor. I would definitely stay here again for a short-term stay.
