The staff and the rooms were very nice but the parking was horrible and they charge you $25 per day even though you are a guest there. The underground parking is dangerous and unsafe. They pack you in like sardines in a can.

Hotel was clean and adequate. Rooms were a little dark with inadequate lighting. Staff was courteous and helpful. Weekend valet parking was a joke. Literally handed me my keys and expected a tip.

Cleaning staff was apparently all off or had been fired. So a lobby full of people waiting for over an hour to be checked in. The receptionist was AWFUL and extremely rude. The second person that came to help was much nicer and patient and apologetic to the lobby. However this place is awful. There is no self parking you have to valet which is not a problem but when you can’t even pull into the parking lot because valet is not parking the vehicles it’s a problem. Flies were everywhere.

We were disappointed with the hidden fees that were added when we arrived at the hotel. It was strange because there was no mention of a parking fee, a deposit, or taxes. Additionally, when we first entered the hotel, we were surrounded by gnats outside and inside the vestibule, which was a sign of uncleanliness. The TV didn’t work, and even when it did, it only had one channel that worked, which was fine for the time being since it was Judge Judy. However, despite these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was average and decent.

I enjoyed everything about this stay besides the housekeepers. Firstly, the room had a terrible smell to it, almost like they were using old towels to wipe down surfaces. The towels were stained, and some had hair on them. Extremely rude service from the housekeepers, they didn’t clean well, prior to my stay I found hair in the bathroom and through out the room. After interacting with the housekeepers it left such a bad impression that I don’t plan to never book this hotel again. I am typically a very understanding person but to spend my money on a hotel I book with the expectation of enjoying my stay, feeling comfortable and safe enough to spend my time away from home. I hope they invest in a staff who understands and respects the guest experience. Unfortunately I won’t give the hotel my money again after this experience. On a more positive note thank you to the front desk staff made up for the lack. Very kind, welcoming, and seemingly willing to support/ tend to the guest experience as best as possible.

I had a concert to attend at the Forum and this hotel was a perfect distance for me. The room was very nice overall. However, the microwave didn't work and I don't think that the shower had been cleaned as there were several long strands of hair stuck to the walls. Other than that my stay was quite comfortable.

The room was good and clean, but the hallway smelt very bad. And the room could be better sound proofed. We could hear sounds from outside road throughout the night, which was annoying. The receptionist who checked in us was friendly but I wish he informed about the breakfast timings. We forgot that it was a weekday and arrived just after 9 am but the breakfast bar was closed by then :(

The room was great, comfy bed and sofa bed. Clean shower and toilet. Spacious room. My issue was that coming back from the festival at 3am all I wanna do is sleep, and our door jammed and wouldn’t open. We finally got in after a half hour after my friend shoulder tackled the door to get it open and we had to do the same thing the 2nd night. Also, we couldn’t check in cause the rooms weren’t ready at 4pm when check in time is after 3pm so we couldn’t change for the festival and had to leave our luggage in the lobby. I get things happen out of the hotel staff’s control and I get it, I used to work front desk for 13 years, but it was disappointing to not be offered some kind of accommodation for our troubles. Besides that, room was great and we slept great. The breakfast was really good! And it was handy to have a snack shelf and fridge with microwave meals and ice cream. $100 deposit was very reasonable. Location to the venue we attended was close enough that an Uber ride was $15. Overall, a good experience that wasn’t perfect because of the check in and door jamming.

The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself had so many issues. We had to change rooms because our thermostat wasn’t working, the fan in the bathroom was broken so it was unbearable in the room after one person showered and if that wasn’t bad enough my mom almost cut her hand on the broken bathroom mirror. The staff was very helpful and moved us to another room however the bathroom fan was also not working and our bathroom door handle fell off several times along with the flooring being severely warped so it would crackle when we walked in it. The staff was so awesome and the breakfast was great but the condition is of the hotel was really unfortunate.

When I arrived to check in a lady “checked” me in telling me the room was not ready it will be ready in 5-10min I said okay. People were getting rooms and paying there deposit. Turns out that it was time for her to go home so she did not check me in properly I had to go double check with the guy that was swapped to see what was going on. He checked me in properly and he apologized. When I checked out the same lady was there on her phone and the guy was swapped once again.

We requested housekeeping to clean our room multiple times. They said they would clean our room the next day but surprise surprise they didn’t clean our room at all. We’re also requesting for additional stuff like towels but they didn’t provide anything at all. Our door also doesn’t lock. You can literally open it without the key card.

We arrived at 5:15 for a 3:00 PM check-in—more than two hours late—and were told our room still wasn’t ready. This hotel is just three miles from SoFi Stadium and should be fully aware when major events are taking place. They clearly weren’t. Dozens of frustrated guests stood around waiting for rooms that hadn’t been cleaned, let alone assigned. Meanwhile, the concert we came for—with three major acts—began at 5:45. Thanks to this hotel’s incompetence, we missed the first band entirely and barely made it in for the second. Josh, the GM, was conveniently nowhere to be found, leaving his overwhelmed staff to deal with the chaos. No apology. No concession. No accountability. Just a complete failure of management and customer service. We’ll never stay here again—and we’ll make sure others know to avoid it, too.

The room was clean and the check-in was super smooth. Overall, most of things went well, except for a couple of things: 1- I asked for a room service and was shocked that I have to pre-schedule it before at least 24 hours! 2- We stayed three night, and supposed to have three breakfast meals, but due to very limited options, all with port products, we could not have any! There was omelette eggs that has bacon. Also there supposed to be omelette with cheese but the tray stayed empty for more than 45 minutes and never get refilled. They provided sausages but also pork based. As a hotel located within "LAX" airport area, they should have considered all the people and consider vegetarian, vegan, people don't eat pork products and all other classes. This was really annoying, I have not talk to anyone there and I should not since they should be considering these things. I have my family and kid with me and one of things that let me choose the hotel was the breakfast inclusion but this was disappointing.
