Staff was very helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself was more like a Motel 6 with rooms that opened to the outside. Bad area at night with a short walk for Uber to pick you up.

Hotel is fine. Nothing fancy but comfortable and pleasant. Neighborhood is sketchy, especially at night. Not unusual for SF but lots of homelessness and drug users about. Stay away from 6th Ave. Location was super easy for transit and getting around. Busses and trains were awesome and clean. Super easy woth phone app.

The room is spacious, however, there’s no AC and the big window by the walkway that most rooms have makes it difficult to have a late morning sleep as you are able to hear every noise outside the window.

Very nice accommodations right in the middle of many of the sites to see. Not far from Fishermans wharf and Lombard Street. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
