I don't usually post reviews, but this hotel was elite - brand new, clean, simple, and had everything a modern business traveler needs. Great wifi, big smart TV in the room, lots of hangers to prep clothes, quality shower products, comfy bed, great lighting in the bathroom for makeup. The rooftop and 24/7 available water, tea, coffee were just the cherry on top. Highly recommend, and right next door to plenty of food places.

The rooms weren’t swept. I could see other guests hair on the floor in the room as well as in the shower. I had a toddler with us so I made sure she wore shoes in the room but it was not completely comfortable. Other than that most of the staff was friendly, there was an instance where I went up to the front desk for a question and the lady wasn’t too warm in her response.

I would have offered 5 stars to this relatively new hotel, but it was frustrating for the three of us (in three separate rooms) to not have internet access during our stay. Just error 404 and we could not connect via phone or laptop. Front desk told us to dial a toll free tech support number (as if to imply we didn’t know how to connect to hotel wifi, instead of realizing it was down at the property).

I loved the hotel itself - and the location is pretty convenient. This is among the cleanest and freshest hotels I've encountered. The ONLY complaint I have is the noise from the street at night. The busy street (12) running beside the hotel is apparently a drag strip at night. It was very difficult to get to sleep (and stay that way) til after midnight. I realize that is not the fault of the hotel, but it must be mentioned in the review. We were on the top floor and not facing the street so the noise was very loud for it to keep us from sleeping.

The hotel was rather new. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The TV in the room was big. The bed was very comfortable. Now for the down side. The room was very small. Almost claustrophobic. There was no closet, no drawers and one ledge like table and one chair under the TV. If someone was sitting in the chair you couldn't get behind because of how close if was to the bed. The floor was vinyl not carpeted so it was cold. If you need a clean place and comfortable bed for a night or two max it's fine. It's extremely minimal in amenities. I would not stay there again.

Nice new clean hotel. The rooms are definitely smaller though. Not super ideal if you are traveling with a family of 4. It was a bit tight. Reservation said queen beds but they felt more like fulls. Overall a nice place just too small of a room compared to your average hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in was professional,friendly, and fast. The rooms were clean, comfortable,quiet. Breakfast had healthy choices, coffee was made from fresh coffee bean’s everyday, and seating was comfortable. Roof top was comfortable and safe. Price point was affordable. Plan to return next time in Wisconsin.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch: the cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere was serene, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Hotel was clean however it should be as the hotel is practically brand new. Rooms smaller than they look in pictures. You cannot walk past eachother in front of the bed. We had a king room. Staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. On their phones, dont even come up to the counter when you are standing there. They just talk to you across the lobby. It was a fine stay but i wouldnt book again.

It did take far too long to check in. 4 persons in line & it was going very slow. Stood there for 10 minutes before it was my turn to check in. Checking out was very quick & efficient though.

This hotel is in the parking lot adjacent to the Kalahari resort. It is located conventiently next to 4 fast food restaruants. It is walking distance to Tom Foolery's inside the Kalahari. We stayed when we had a convention and knew we would not be using all the amentites of the neighboring hotel. This hotel was clean and provided us with a place to sleep when we were not at the convention next door.

Less than a month old so clearly it’s very clean yet. Room wasn’t overly large but fine for the price - good value considering it’s WI Dells. Breakfast was a disappointment. My hard boiled egg was frozen and they had 3 breakfast sandwiches ready at 6:55am. Coffee wasn’t very good (burned roasted flavor perhaps??) so it was another stop at Kwik Trip.

The hotel was super nice, it was obviously brand new. The roof top deck was awesome, it was nice to sit up there at the end of the day by the fire pits. The only complaint is the breakfast, it is a grab and go, not a sit down hot meal.

Location was great. Wish I would have been told that they run a one night deposit the day you are scheduled to check in. I got a call on our way there that they needed a credit card to run the “hold” amount before 5pm or our reservation would be canceled. Never had a hotel do that so early. Once checked in, all was well. The breakfast was sparse and a bit of a letdown, but due to the location, I doubt anyone even eats breakfast there anyway.

Everything was great. Except breakfast was disappointing. It is literally muffins in plastic, oatmeal in paper bag, granola bar…..Feel like going back to 2020 during Covid, except they were not in the brown paper bags.
