My husband & I stayed for a night after spending the day at Assateague State Park. Location is ideal as we walked to several shops then dinner at Blacksmith (highly recommend). Cute apartment but the bathroom is a tight fit (we are not large people). Plenty of outlets & lighting. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Great communication with the host!! We would stay again.

The apartment was clean and furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and color scheme and of course “seafarers welcome”! The location was perfect between small town ambience and parks and ocean nearby, about 10-15 minutes (Assateague Island). Ocean City boardwalk was a treat also and not crowded due to the off-season. It was about 10-15 minutes away too. Great restaurants within walking distance and friendly businesses were a treat. Parking was not difficult due to the layout of the town, full access. If you can’t handle stairs, it may not be a good choice, but I’m in senior age bracket and I had no problem. Everything was great! Berlin is a fantastic small town next to a bustling oceanfront city, Ocean City.
