The gym and pool are excellent, the room’s beds were comfortable, and the bath and whole bathroom were spacious. It also has a water bottle filling fountain. There’s a gas station right in front, conveniently, and it’s near a highway. We would definitely return!

We cut our visit to Boston short to head back to the hotel to float in the pool. Which was closed. Apparently for several days. Which was never communicated with us. Truly ruined our entire evening. You had one shot to communicate things like a closed pool to your guests and you blew it.

We had 5 couples reserve a room for a local Christmas party so that we could come back afterwards and hang out at the restaurant/bar or pool. When we got back we were informed both were closed due to construction although no prior notice was given. Also on a side note the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken it was not even attached

All staff members were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Prices in the resto/bar and store in lobby were fair. From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. Great for families (age range 7-75 years old). Pool was clean and warm. We were from out of town and felt very safe. Would book again if we're in the area for another dance competition. Ty.

Really appreciated the staff going the extra distance! And the shallow pool was quiet and warm; perfect for my granddaughters’ first swim, right alongside a young professional doing impressive workout laps. Will definitely be back.

Equipment besides the room, are ok. Remember hearing a structural concepts cooler not turning on. One of the elevator buttons do not light up, but still go to its destination. The other elevator makes a strange noise, but functions fine.

Our check in was fun!! We were welcomed by a fantastic host. We headed to the bar and was surprised to have delicious crafted cocktails. The beds ARE AMAZING! Enjoyed everything about our stay. Also should note they have a huge parking lot that is very important to us because we travel with a huge stacker race yrailer. Highly reccomend!!!

Great room. Check in on phone while 4 different custoners wait to check in. Sign in bathroom said bed sheet change, change bath towels and add new tp and tissues. Never happened. I had to ask cleaning lady on my 3rd day for new bath towels, tp and tissues. This place is a 2 maybe 3 star hotel

Property was clean and seems to be newly renovated. Our room was actually very clean, but the bathroom had a very very bad sewage smell, did not get anything resolved nor followed up after letting the front desk know multiple times. Even the maintenance guy who finally showed up on our last night had that surprised disgusted look in his face. Granted, the maintenance guy sincerely apologized, but he couldn't do anything about it. He was able to spray the bathroom with something to help with the smell. Whatever spray he used helped for a bit, but the smell of course came back. I was finally offered to have our room changed, but why? It's far too late already as we are checking out the next day. It would've been a perfect stay if this got resolved early.

Manager unable to provide local tech support number. Returned the next night at 8 PM. No one fixed the problem. Had to chase them to resolve wasting another hour of my night. Poor service.

The hotel itself is usual bland hotel in a business park. The two things that made it worse than usual were the breakfast that they charged $16.99 for that other hotels now offer for free. It's not worth that much $$. And the A/C in our room sounded like a Semi-tractor Trailor was roaring through it whenever it started up. Not fun!!!

Quiet. Really nice room. Staff was new. We were told we got breakfast when we checked in and then they said no the next day with the explanation the person at check in was wrong. Not very customer friendly. The front desk did not have a person there to answer questions in the morning for a good 10 to 15 minutes. When you have a long drive ahead of you, we just wanted to get coffee and then go. They were not that friendly.

I attempted to get a refund prior to our stay because the hotel was a little far from the venue of the wedding we were going to. We were told no refund. We decided to just make it work rather than lose our money and arrived the check in a little after midnight. We had three people in line in front of us all being told the same thing, there were no more rooms- they had overbooked themselves by 6 rooms for that night. We waited in a line of angry people trying to figure out what to do with themselves for 45 minutes before it was our turn to talk to someone. We were told we could sleep in a room that had an ozone machine running that was previously thought to be unavailable, that everyone in front of us had turned down, and that we would be refunded for our trouble. We have yet to be contacted about the refund. I believe the girls in the front did their best, and were put in an unfortunate situation, and i did appreciate their attempts to accommodate us. If i had been given the refund on my first request, this all could have been avoided. I found the whole situation very unprofessional.

The woman at the front desk barely looked up from her phone and when she did, she acted irritated that we were asking to check in. There are microwaves in the rooms, so we asked the bartender where we could find a bowl to heat up some food and she told us there was a strict "no bowls in rooms" policy... Finally, the irritated front desk woman forgot to charge our pet fee even though she had me sign the paperwork so she called us after we checked out asking us to pay. I said she could put it on the card on file, which, when she read the last 4 digits to me, was not my credit card... She eventually figured it out and I received an invoice which had my home address as somewhere across the country that I've never even been before. This place is a mess and we won't be back.

All the staff we encountered at this property were extremely friendly. The building is in great shape, and located in a quiet little business park. There is a lot of space to walk dogs. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no free coffee. Other properties I've stayed in had coffee available around the clock, which I find to be a very nice touch, and this property did have some cool beverages available at all times so it doesn't seem like it would be a stretch to have coffee. But I would 100% stay here again if in the area.

Check in wasn’t the best experience the front desk worker was rude. First day we called 3 times to have more towels brought up to our room and we kept being told housekeeping would be up. We went down at midnight to the front desk and got them ourselves. While down there we heard a couple from Texas couldn’t check in because they overbooked and blamed the new management. And the $18.01 per person buffet is excessive for breakfast in my opinion we went to McDonald’s and it was way cheaper. The room was decent, can’t complain there just front desk staff was not the best expierience.

What a great staff! What a beautiful hotel! I had family members stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover and needed to book several rooms with distinct check in requirements. The staff - awsome! Carol is so great -she arranged it so that we could have breakfast together. Jose was wonderful in booking the rooms. Lisa - absolutely terrific in helping us out with the breakfast. All in all my family loved staying there - they felt safe, welcomed and well taken care of.

Very convenient location right off the highway while seeing friends in nearby Tewksbury. We were easily able to get an Uber/Lyft to and from, not more than a 10 minute wait for them either past midnight on a Saturday. Excellent, friendly and accomodating staff, late night food basics were also very close by, including the gas station, less than three minutes away. Will be popping in again.

$16.99 + tax and tip for breakfast was a rip-off. Powered eggs. sausage/bacon, potatoes. All from self serving trays. Self service! Eggs were cold. Just the average hotel breakfast that is included in most hotels. No one in the dining room.... I wonder why? Hmmm.... A joke and an insult to the patrons.

Over all a nice stay, beds are nice and clean. A nice bar and restaurants near by. The only issue was" buffet" breakfast for $17.00 a person Its the type of breakfast that most hotels give you just for staying at the hotel. I wouls skip breakfadt at this hotel. You can go to cracker barrel its down the road.

I stayed here for $200 a night, including breakfast, but was very disappointed with the experience. The breakfast was subpar, with stale sausages and bagels that seemed past their prime. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff member in charge repeatedly harassed my family, asking for a breakfast token that we never received at check-in. She was rude, impatient, and unprofessional, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Frustrated, we decided to leave without eating and requested a refund for the breakfast portion, but the hotel refused. This is not the level of service I expected for the price, and I won’t be returning.
