The property was very clean inside and out. It was also quite large for the most part. The fresh baked bread was a nice touch as well. The only issue we ran into during our stay was that I was looking for a space that was a shower only, which this stated it was. Unfortunately, while it was only a shower (meaning you couldn't take a bath) there was a bathtub which was not visible in pictures. Other than that, the description of the place was spot on. It was comfortable for the two of us. There are a lot of rules. I did go through and count everything, writing it down and took photos just in case. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, even with my dogs, and have never seen a list of how many of everything was in the home. The host must have had issues in the past which is quite sad that someone renting a property would steal from a host. I try to leave it as close to how I found it. The host was quite nice and did induldge my uncle in his questions about the flowers which was nice. He's obsessed with flowers and plants and doesn't realize that we aren't living in a time where you can just pick seeds from someones yard.

Beautiful property among scenic farmland and hills. The host, Karen, was warm and welcoming…had fresh sourdough bread ready for us and let us see the farm animals. The inside had a great feel, was stylish, and well stocked with snacks. Thank you for a magical trip!

The guest cottage was equipped with everything we could possibly need...and a fresh loaf of sourdough bread waiting on our arrival, made by Karen.
