What guests think

At Holiday Inn East Windsor by IHG, travellers often praise clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds and convenient highway access, while noting mixed service experiences and facilities that can feel inconsistent, from the pool and gym to on-site dining.

Location suits visits to Six Flags and the BAPS Robbinsville temple, though rooms facing roads report traffic noise. Housekeeping and maintenance feedback ranges from spotless stays to issues like leaks, broken showers, or dirty fixtures, and several reviews mention late-night fire alarms. Breakfast is generally not included and on-site restaurant options and hours are limited. Overall, it suits travellers prioritizing easy access and a solid night’s rest, if aware of the trade-offs.

There was a wedding, the reception area was so loud made checking in difficult, staff were singing to music and made checking in different. Pool was dirty, had hair, bugs and particles in pool. Called down to ask for a bed sheet twice, and never received it… Would not book again as I have season park tickets, I will be staying somewhere else.

The only con was the traffic noise near the hotel that could sometimes be heard through the window but other than that the stay was excellent, everything was very clean, the linens were very clean and smelled lightly like bleach which was a good thing. The pool was great and so was the service.

This is a decent hotel but a little outdated. The staff was friendly. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for almost 1 hour. We stayed with our toddler who is a difficult to put to sleep so that was a little stressful.

We stayed for one night and had a great time. Restaurant has good food. All staff are great and friendly. The beds were amazing and rooms were quiet and clean. My only complaint was despite having a decent gym for a hotel with free weights and a bench, the temperature in there was uncomfortably hot. It didn’t stop me but I was sweating bullets.

No one at front desk when I arrived ~9 pm, but soon after quick, efficient check-in, correct accommodation as booked via Expedia. Safe, easy parking. Busy large property. 3rd floor room had noisy bunch of children sitting on floor in hallway. Moved to play/throw balloons in front of my door. Opened, told them this was not a play area; went into their rooms. Clean, comfortable room, although no a.c. on, so took awhile to get cool. Could not get wi-fi to work with my last name and room number. Only negative in bathroom was very dirty rubber part of shower head, water not coming out all holes, not good water pressure for morning shower—needs to be replaced. Bed a little soft, but slept well 7.25 hrs even facing pool/interstate traffic. Overall, good place to stay—full dining room, but did not eat there.

Check in was a breeze. Cleanliness of the room was average. The room was quite small compared to other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. There were cracks where the curtain rods are installed. NO HOT WATER in the sink, informed front desk and housekeeping who called front desk as well But nothing was done. When I told them after check out, no apologies were mentioned , staff just said “ I will let maintenance know’. This was a disappointing stay for sure.
