Villa Enid

What a gorgeous home in a spectacular setting! The beautiful house was immaculately clean, comfortable, quiet, and situated among lemon trees, olive orchards, and flowers in bloom all around. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of Greek wine and a yummy chocolate cake! The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook in, while the towns are close enough (10 min) for groceries and restaurants. The closest town, Vamos, is wonderful to explore on foot. Our group consisted of my 80 year-old parents, and me and my husband, and we enjoyed our interaction with the attentive and kind owner, Antonis, and his family! Highly recommend!!

Although the Villa Enid and pool was pretty. The entire Villa had ants all throughout the house. There were ants in our clothes, they were everywhere. The owner came and sprayed like a can of Raid which then smelled for days but didn't get rid of the ants. We left 2 days earlier than expected we couldn't take it any more. Had to go to a hotel and pay more money. Also, there was no dryer you had to hang your clothes outside. Not happy.

What you see in the photos is what you get. Exactly how I imagined it. Super clean, beautiful views of the mountains at the back of the house and the ocean views at the front. Our ONLY issue was that the beds in the the master bedroom upstairs and the queen bed downstairs are quite stiff, but not a deal breaker. Antonis was very kind, easy to contact and very helpful. The location was amazing. Kalyves with its many restaurants and beautiful ocean front was a 6 min drive away, and Vamos is just down the street with many Tavernas and mini market for simple groceries. Check out Parasia Tavern while you’re there. So good! I highly recommend! We’ll be back :)

Villa Enid was absolutely beautiful in an amazing setting which is so peaceful & quiet, a truly relaxing holiday. The owner & his daughter were on hand when needed & were so welcoming. The cake, wine & olive oil were very much appreciated. The pool looks out to the sea and the pictures speak for themselves. If your looking for a truly restful break then this villa is for you. Thank you so much and we will be back one day x
