What guests think
Plaza Camelinas Hotel earns strong praise for its friendly, attentive staff and convenient location near shopping, with family‑friendly gardens and pools, though recent nearby roadworks have made access tricky and some facilities show their age.
Rooms are often spacious and comfortable, but several reviews cite dated decor, hard pillows or mattresses, noise between rooms, weak air conditioning, and unreliable Wi‑Fi. Cleanliness is generally good, yet housekeeping consistency varies, with occasional issues like clogged drains, worn linens, and a few reports of insects or bedbugs. The restaurant and breakfast receive many compliments, although service can be slow and buffet variety uneven, and poolside service sometimes disappoints. Expect a comfortable, family‑oriented stay with warm service and some quirks.
