The bed was ok. Im glad the window opened because the a.c. was horrible. Oh and my son inquired about the pool and was told to go to days inn because ours is down ( false advertising)....

If you are staying at Sleep In, please call them. We discovered at check in that the card reader unit was broken with no chance of it being repaired. They offered to let us in our room every time the door closed behind us. Additionally, the outdoor pool was shut down. Once I voiced my frustration, they offered us a room at the Quality Inn.

The staff were very nice no complaints there. However, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the pool did not look very clean and it was starting to have an algae bloom.

I booked a pet friendly room, yet when I arrived I was given a room and key that did not work. I had to then go back to the front desk (exhausted from driving all day), and it was then the front desk lady saw my dogs and told me she had to give me a completely different room. The room I got smelled like an ash tray. It was supposedly nonsmoking. The room had a layer or thick dust everywhere. By morning I was sick from the stale dirty air/room. The breakfast was half raw. No coffee to be had at 9am. Rude staff who spent majority of the shift standing outside main entrance chain smoking. Horrible. Nightmare. The place needs to be shut down.

The hotel is not new, so it looks a little bit dated and shabby, BUT the beds and pillows are very comfortable, room was very clean, quiet, blackout curtains, friendly staff, good air conditioning, good shower, nice breakfast, parking was well lit. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. They also have breakfast. The cons were: Our room with a queen size bed was small. Seem cramped for my husband and I. There were no directional signs on the walls. Hard to find your way around. We had to walk up and down the hallway to find our room. The vending and pop machines were empty and the ice machine on the second floor was broken. For the price there definitely needs improvements.

The property is outdated but it is VERY clean for being the age it is. The staff are all very courteous and respectful of their guests. The woman running the breakfast bar was absolutely fantastic. She makes you feel very welcomed and appreciated. This woman made it her job to make sure everyone's juice, coffee, etc. were always topped off and had great conversations with all of the guests. She made you feel like you were a regular at a small-town diner. We only stayed for one night passing through and it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, and I mean spotless. I can definitely see that the staff and management take a high level of pride when it comes to taking care of this property.
