This hotel was overall clean. The room looked update but the tv was small and the volume on the remote didn’t work. I needed to use the washer and dryer and both were clean and easy to use. The bathroom in our room had mold spots on the upper wall and ceiling. The water temperature was cold during every shower we took both in the evening and morning. The tub also made creaking noises.

My favorite area hotel wasn’t available three weeks prior to our 2-night trip so I took what was available at a reasonable rate. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for a short stay. 15 min from Dales Weston Bowling center. Pros: -Room was very clean as a whole. Even checked under the easy chair and it had been vacuumed. Bathroom felt very clean (with the exception of water being left on the floor behind the toilet) -Though we didn’t use it, the pool area looked really nice. -Queen beds were very comfortable. On the firmer side, no dipping to the center of the bed. We slept well. -Loved the LVP flooring in the room. Made it feel spacious and clean! -They had garbage and recycling bins by exits which we appreciated, especially since we opted out of housekeeping after our first night. Cons: -Walls are thin, heard a neighbors 4AM argument but they disappeared after a while. -Loud fan and heater, but they worked. -Small TV, but had plenty of channels to choose from. -1st floor view of the parking lot forced us to keep our drapes shut. No biggie, we weren’t there much. -Hallways were pretty clean, though the carpet was meh. Could take or leave: Breakfast. Nothing fancy. Waffles, toast, fruit and muffins (but wake up early!) Coffee was out by 8:30 our first morning. No one to ask for more. I was so bummed. Went to the McDonald’s next door that morning for breakfast. The staff: They were nice, didn’t make or break our stay.

Took a chance after reading the reviews which were mostly positive. Property itself was clean and remodeled, however we left after one night due to noise. Had a king size room with a connecting door to the next room. We could hear EVERYTHING, absolutely no sound insulation. Hallway was noisy with people slamming doors etc. I went down around 10:30 to the desk to see about changing rooms, before getting there I could hear staff giggling and a conversation with a male that was quite loud and I wasn’t even to the end of the hall. I turned around figuring they wouldn’t take my noise complaint seriously considering how noisy they were. It did finally quiet down around 12:30am.

I really wanted like this place, but between the moldy smelling towels, the throw sized pillows (nope couldn't even give us two standard size pillows but 4 small throw pillows) the creaking metal bedframe, the food trapped in the fold-away sofa-bed, the creaking bathtub (yes creaking like the bottom was going to give way)... 2 stars it is. I love the attempt in "renovating" the rooms but it was just a lot of surface renovation...

Our room was clean and it appeared as if it had been recently remodeled. The shower head was not very good (some hard-water plugged holes / inconsistent spray) but we only stayed one night so not a big deal. The front desk attendant had very strong body odor..strong-enough to mention it here. The pillows were not full size, but there were 4 so we each got two. It was called a king bed, but the size might have been queen.

I arrived at 6:40 pm and did not get checked in until 7:30. Apparently they just changed the check in program and had a very young girl to operate it. She hadn't been trained and was crying. There was a long line and everyone was frustrated. I felt so bad for her. She should not have been in that situation. The walls were very thin and lots of noise in my room. The TV remote did not work and it took an hour for maintenance to return with a new. I got there on time for the Brewers game and finally got it in the 7th inning. Very bad experience.

They couldn’t find my reservation and even with my itinerary and information from hotels.com, they wouldn’t honor that price when booking a new room. Air conditioner was broken so we got a new room but that was only mildly better. Check in was one girl over stressed and it took over half hour, 6 people waiting, they took an hour.

We had a NOT good experience.I waited at the front desk to check out.I had to track down the attendant. I could tell she was not happy with me about that. Apparently there was a sign that stated where she was but I missed it.She was quick to point the sign out with an attitude “theres a sign! And you can just drop your keys here”.I apologized that I did not see the sign and that I didn’t want to just drop my keys as I wanted a receipt (which I still never received) and wanted to discuss a very serious situation that happened with our room. The full length mirror fell off the wall from the top part (still connected at the bottom) and it hit my 3yr old Grandson.Luckily it did not hurt him badly.I was able to catch it before it fully took him down. I’m very glad that it didn’t break on him. That would of been a horrific situation. The front desk attendant was very rude and insensitive.I did not get her name. She was young, approximately 17yrs old.I told her what happened and she just said the mirrors are bolted to the wall. I said well not very well! As I do have a picture of the shotty job someone did trying to hang it. When I told her that, she just shrugged “ It’s not like they are heavy or anything anyways”.I don’t care how light something is- when it falls from a distance and with force, it’s going to hurt.I didn’t appreciate being treated like that bringing up a SERIOUS safety concern. We also had to go out for Breakfast, as we were told to leave. Don't waste your $

The night we checked in, they were short staffed. I had this lady help me but she really didn’t know what she was doing. She had a hard time making me a key, and on top of that, she gave me a room key to someone else’s room. My fiancé and I opened the door and saw that the tv was on and someone’s purse. We backed out the door and closed it. It was shocking to the both of us. Besides that horrible experience, our stay was decent. It wasn’t loud and there was plenty of places to eat around there.

Staff was friendly! Fridge with little freezer in the room with a microwave. Breakfast was ok but very slim pickings by 8:30-9am. Sausage egg and cheese biscuits were gone, and waffle batter was gone. It was hard boiled eggs and muffins and yogurt left. 2 of our 3 nights, early morning- like 4:30, you could hear people shuffling around in their rooms like dragging their feet as they walked. Being the floors are linoleum, the sound isn't absorbed well like carpet does. Everything was clean, a/c worked great and wasn't too loud. Overall i was happy for the price- just those few things.

But the mattress was hard and the sheets and towels were thin and worn and the pillows were especially small. The breakfast was disappointing.
