We were very satisfied with everything about this property. Close to stores and restaurants and accessible to the highway. Very nicely lit parking lot. Staff was very accomodating.

Stayed here in the past before with no issues but a wet, used towel in the closet, dirty socks on the desk chair and granola/oatmeal on th floor was a bit too much that should not have been overlooked.

For the price we paid ($250 per night) we expected a clean and updated hotel room. What we got was a room that was dirty and very outdated. The couch was so dirty we did not want to sit on it. The "suite" had a 24" tv in the \'living area (dirty couch mentioned above) but no tv in the bedroom area and the tv did not have a swing wall mount to enable watching tv while in bed. The group we were with had a broken window and wires hanging down from the tv area that appeared to just be extra wiring. Both bathrooms were dirty. Our toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The photo on the site is very deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel as I needed it for work. The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel in my entire life. It had no closet even, just an armoire. I needed an iron and there wasn’t one in the room so I called down to the front desk and it was a whole situation . No ironing board or even a coffee maker in the room. The floor creaked when you walked in the hallway toward the elevator and felt weak like it could collapse. I will not stay here again .

Multiple conversations were rolling on the screen while I was dealing with my problem. My key situation was resolved quickly, however I was not expecting that experience and will not stay at a hotel in the future that uses this type of technology. The room air conditioner cycled every few minutes and was very noisy making sleep difficult.

This hotel was run down. You can hear everything. Listened to doors banging and someone coughing all night. Air/heat unit didn’t work right making it very humid in the room. Continental breakfast was good.

The room was clean. Only negative is they only had a couple of outlets in the room. Absolutely no USB! They didn’t even have a clock or lamp with built in USB. My side of bed had no outlet at all. They really need to upgrade.

I made reservations last minute, and checked in after midnight due to a family emergency. After a certain hour, this location uses a virtual desk person (operated from a kiosk in the lobby). There was no cold water at all..tv didn’t work. I even let the front desk know and they still didn’t come fix it. The staff seemed like they didn’t wanna help with anything. Hopefully I can get some kind of refund for my two nights stay.

My stay was really good. The room was clean, neat, and peaceful, with no noise from the roadside. The best part was getting an iced tea, which I loved! The omelet was tasty too. At night, I accidentally forgot my key in the room, but the virtual kiosk handled my security well and quickly helped me get a new key. The front desk staff also took great care of me during check-in. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

They did not know how to split the bill at check in. Never have had this issue before. Morning reception person has terrible customer service. Heard her being rude to a couple checking in and very loud rude comments throughout her morning. Breakfast is fine if you are out there at 6:30 but by 8 every thing is gone and they don’t put more out. Don’t bother to ask! Room is clean, bed is comfy. Vey damp in the room. Had to keep shoes on and run heat to keep moisture down. Property is clean with a great location

End unit on 1st floor is horrible. Next to side door which squeaks when opened and slams when it closes. You can hear all of which from room. I would insist on 3 floor next time if I would come back. Cause it would have to be for free. Hot water maybe 90 degrees. The faucet handle for shower/tub needs to be replaced. Very hard to turn. Shower head is held up zip ties, rather than maintenance fixing maybe a .25 cent screw. Front of building all the grass is dead and literally plopped in Kwik Trip parking lot. Luckily Kwik Trip is right in the parking lot, because that’s where I had to get breakfast. No waffle batter was made that morning. 1 omlet maker, which takes too long. If you want milk for cereal it came out of a gallon jug in the fridge. No single serving milks for this. Everyone handles the sale container ?

This hotel was clean and they were friendly but I am sorry, this was NOT worth 200+ a night. Wont' be back. The shampoo and soap were cheap cheap. No kleenex. I get inflation and all but I will look for a air bnb before I go back to any of the hotels in this area for that price. i couldn't even get the ac to go onto continuous fan. That should be a no brainer. Nice hosts and all but the value wasn't there. One last thing, I am sick of hotels offering free breakfast for what i call processed food. Waffles, crappy yogurt, donuts etc. Total junk. I went next door to get fresh fruit at the gas station

We rented 2 rooms. One was a bit musty. The other smelled like a strong combination of mold and possibly urine. Continental breakfast would have been adequate but they were out of a several key items not the least of which was cheese and ham.
