We went with our kids for the waterpark area and the side was only open from 5:30-9pm. No one told us at check in and it doesn’t show the hours on the website. Major disappointment for our kids :(

The staff was super welcoming and kind :) The bed was clean & comfy. Overall, I do not expect to pay over $150 for a room and find mold on the ceiling surrounding the shower. That should be taken care of, and has caused me to consider searches for well run & maintained mom & pop motels instead of chains, for overnights during future travel.

Checked in and there was hair all over the bed and in the sheets. Upgraded to new room and there was hair all over the bathtub. Manager was nice enough to upgrade us, just wasn’t impressed with the cleaning. & disgusted by all the hair

THIS TWO STORY MOTEL HAS NO ELEVATOR. I went to check in for the weekend, and was told I had to stay on the second floor. My 80 year old husband is disabled. How do we navigate the stairs with luggage and personal items?. Bathrooms were so small the the door barely missed the toilet. You had to straddle either side of the toilet to get in and shut or open the door. AC clinked every few seconds indiscriminately all night long. The second day we had no fresh sheets or towels. We both were still using the one tiny bar of soap for both the shower and to wash hands with. The electricity went out during the night 5 times. Each time it did, the microwave would beep, then beep again when it came back on. Finally the 6th time, it went out, and did not come back on for hours. No lights, AC, TV, internet etc. We had no fresh towel and our tiny soap was never replenished. DONT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZRN. Thank you.

All the people leaving 10/10 review must have stayed at a different hotel. First, the positives: bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. Hotel was dated, though fairly clean. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. A/C while it blew air, it did not blow cold air making the room warm and moist. Door to my room did not want to shut unless you gave it a good push/pull. The breakfast was kind of a joke, barely a step up from the old fashion continental breakfast. The "hot" bfast items were in plastic containers in the fridge and you had to pick one and warm it in the microwave. There was one of those pancake printers (robots) but bulk syrup container was empty. Staff was difficult to understand but friendly.

I liked everything but the moist rooms it was uncomfortable to the point of leaving the ac on super cold to make it less humid and nothing was dry not even my fresh clean clothes they we're damp it was a shame but other than that it was alright

TV was not working so staff member came to look at it. He was not able to fix it until the next day however we were only staying one night.. He then called us on the room phone hours later at 11:00 PM to let us know we could change rooms. We were in bed so this was very irritating. Said he would see look at adjusting the bill in the morning. When we were checking out he said there was nothing he could do.

The exterior was immaculate. Well kept beds, clearly swept often, great seating areas. The lobby and breakfast area were also well maintained and welcoming. The front desk staff was beyond helpful in helping us find a place for dinner. Kudos to her! Our room was quite nice but the faucets were loose…needs attention. A bit more info on working the TV controls, finding stations, would have been helpful.

The weekend staff don't seem to care to be there. They were out of stuff for breakfast on sunday morning and we had to wait 10 minutes just to find someone to replace stuff. They just left a jug of syrup on the counter. Didnt wipe down tables after the breakfast crowds but could sit outside on their phones. Also watched a group of people wait for about 15 minutes for someone to check them in Saturday night. The lady working Friday night was very on her game tho.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, switching our room to the 1st floor when they saw we were Senior citizens. They also had EXCELLENT evening dining recommendations. Rooms were clean and beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well, thank goodness! It was 100 degree heat index over Labor Day weekend.

Went up for a 2 night stay as part of our 10 year annivsary trip. When we were able to check in, we were double charged (as in paid with hotels.com and then had our card ran on site.) The person checking us in said it was for incidentals, but we were charged for the 2 nights. The next day when we noticed the additional charge, the manager said that happens, there is nothing we can do. The charge will be reversed in the next week. There was no apology, or any sort of remorse. The room was not refreshed the first night. Bathroom- tub was slick, paint was peeling on the inside of the tub. The water pressure was non-existant. Bed- pancake pillows that smelled and pancake matress. Pool was closed. Not worth the stop or stay

I liked that we were in a little neighborhood instead of a big metro area. We were also close to Walgreens, KwikTrip, and gas stations. Access to the highway we needed to get to OneFest was as easy as one, two, three. Very nice place to stay.

Once we got oriented, we found that the motel was pretty centrally located for our purposes. It was only 5 minutes from downtown Chippewa Falls and only about 20 minutes from downtown Eau Claire. We were bike riding and the trails were pretty cool.

The breakfast is extremely unappealing. The 'hot foods' - biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage are placed in individual plastic containers in a refrigerator that you have to pull out and microwave yourself. It leaves a lot to be desired. I was disappointed.
