No legit complaints. The room was tiny, the paint was ugly, the key cards didn't work in the doors so we had to keep walking around and coming in through the front door but it was clean, everything in the room worked the way it was supposed to, the employees were nice, and best of all the pool was open until 10:00!! We weren't there to hang out in the motel so it definitely served its purpose adequately.

The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower walls and mirror. Grass on the carpet. The walls in. The bathroom were gross. The Toilet looked like it hadn't been clean in years! It was yellow! The pool water was murky. We will NOT be staying there again.

Well the Ice Machine dribbles out a handful of ice cubes then stops won’t provide any more…. The clerk on duty 8/17/25 at 6:00 a male with a beard… claimed there are 80 guests so they got to the ice first..! I said at 6:00AM it’s you me and one other guest, the parking lot is Full No One is up getting Ice… really I asked him to put in a repair order… he says maintenance does there own thing and checks it all the time… Ya dude it’s not my Job .. Pathetic

The good: *the beds were comfortable. *the front desk clerk was friendly and greeted us with a smile. *the top floor room we were given felt safe and was fairly quiet. *the room was nice and clean as far as daily housekeeping tasks were concerned. The bad: *The stairwells were quite filthy and run down. *The far doors were broken down and couldn't be accessed by key card. *There were lots of people congregated outside the doors smoking. *The doors were propped open multiple times, which creates a safety hazard for guests. To be fair, the hotel has clearly signed all the doors asking for this to stop. *The room was quite run down. The coverlets on each bed had holes and tears, the sheets were so threadbare as to have holes all along the top seam, the curtains were stained, the lampshade was stained, the towels were extremely threadbare. The walls were dirty and could have used repainting. The TV was very old, created a significant amount of heat, and had wavy lines through it, regardless of channel. *The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the room was incredibly run down. The tables, the chairs, the counters were all beat up and stained. Again, it appears that housekeeping is doing a great job of keeping things clean, but the whole place needs an overhaul.

While the staff were kind and helpful the facilities are abhorrent. The AC is moldy and I assume in an attempt to cover that smell a cloying cleaner/perfume has been shoved in the vents w/cotton. The bed spread had a burn hole, the pool was closed, and folks were loud all night. Perhaps I got what I paid for, but I left early and will never return.

Hotel was fine with waffles or cereal for breakfast. Biggest complaint was the indoor pool thermostat was set on 40 degrees so water was so cold nobody could swim which was why we stayed there.

There's no elevator so we had to take all of our luggage up three flights, it was extremely hot in the hallways for some reason. The rooms are extremely outdated and don't even have accessible plugs next to the bed.

Despite being a non smoking hotel, the room absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke combined with a chemical agent of some sort that tried to cover it up. The bedding was also dirty and smelled so bad that we went and got our own camping gear from the car and used that instead.

The first room they assigned us smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, and when we asked to move, they sent 4 employees to the room to verify that we were telling the truth. They did verify our room was, in fact, filled with smoke, and they moved us. The entire hotel smelled like moldy carpets, weed, and some kind of air freshener to mask the smell. The hotel in general was dingy, run down, and dirty.

I was really disappointed in the state of the hotel. It was extremely hot in the hotel. It smelled so strongly of chemicals in the hallway and my room, two of the lights in my room did not work, there was no remote for the tv, and mold around the edges of the bathtub. The front desk clerk was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying here even for the price.

The ac/ heating unit is dirty and has mold/dust in the air vents and smelled when turned on, the desk chair has a rip on the seat, the lounge chair is soiled/dirty on the arms, the light shade has a horizontal stain on it all of the circumference. The bathroom sink faucet drips. The breakfast area had guests bring their dogs in, the yogurt was out in the open not in a refrigerator, the juice machine was not working. I will never stay here again. Any Major Hotel chain should be ashamed to be part of them.

Our room stunk bad and the window would not open. Walls are thin, neighbors were loud. Bathroom was in disrepair. Swimming pool wasn't heated. Interior hallway smelled like cigarettes.

The room was clean overall, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental style breakfast. On the negative side the bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn't lock, and there was a sock in the shower curtain. I used the pool in the am and there were no towels. The front desk said that I'd have to wait until housekeeping arrived at 9am.

I expected cleaner rooms! & the exterior of the building was a mess also! Worn out amenities.. boogers on the bathroom door! Crayon on the wall in the bathroom.. floors were filthy! Couldn’t walk barefoot!!

I had no problems with my stay room was clean and supplied with everything I needed . I did have concerns in the parking lot with people that appear to be living there and appear to have all the close parking spots so parking out a ways was a bit of a issue after dark. room was very quiet. Staff was very nice good location close to many services and shopping. I had a room on the 3rd floor and so carrying luggage up the stairs was not the best .

Clean and fine overall but paper-thin walls and no sound insulation at all. We could hear absolutely everything happening either in the room next door otlr in the corridor. Doors also had springs that stopped short of closing and then banged loudly. The breakfast was typical continentale breakfast with cereals, waffle maker and waffles dough, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, mini muffins, milk, coffee, etc... I thought I had read the room would have a fridge but it didn't. It did have a coffee maker and a microwave. Heating and A/C both worked but the A/C needs to be cleaned as it smells of very strong mold when on the low fan setting, couldn't really use it except on max due to that.

We have stayed here several times, but this time there was no tv remote. She tried her best to accommodate us with what she had, but it got too late and we were travel weary. The employees are very nice, but we will look at more options next time.

I booked this room for one of my employees, who would be arriving after midnight. i called and spoke to the front desk person, explained that some time after midnight my driver would be arriving. She said that would be ok and was very accommodating. Upon my driver’s arrival at 3:30 am, first he was told to come back in 40 min, then told when he came back that the reservation was cancelled. I then spoke to the front desk person who was very rude and unaccomodating. I finally just gave my cc again, and at 5:30 am he finally got a room. I will spread the word, this organization is pitiful.

The only redeeming quality about my stay was that they had a semi-decent breakfast. Otherwise, this hotel stay was below sub-par. I believe it was the hotel owner, or another staff member, yelling and berating the poor front desk lady in front of my family and other guests. Also, the staff were not the most attentive staff members I’ve had the pleasure of having. Toilet paper was never stocked, body towels and face cloths were never enough, the room was not cleaned often even though we asked for it to be, and the hot water literally disappeared from the shower after staying for more than 3 days. If you can, definitely stay elsewhere, especially if you are traveling with 2 or more people.

Receptionist was extremely rude! We arrived May 4th around 1am. Girl kept saying the reservation was not there with a horrible attitude. After a while of her making fun of the situation with another couple that was hanging out in the lobby I was able to prove her wrong! If you don’t want to work leave, there are people who would gladly take your job!

I just needed a room for 1 night as I was traveling. The reservation process was easy and efficient. I would be arriving late and called ahead to let the front desk know. Staff was very friendly and noted my reservation. When I arrived the clerk at the desk was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and quiet. Check out was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. I was very happy with my stay!

There was no place where the coffee pot was to plug in. I had to put in bathroom. The hallway was so hot that I had a small seizure and due to my heart condition had a hard time breathing. The TV randomly turns off. AC works great and pool was refreshing. Staff was great and ample parking though I was worried about my car all night cause of the tweaker I seen when I first got there that was outside. The menu’s they provided in room for restaurants in area are out dated and incorrect.

The hallway and the room had a very bad odor. The linens and floor were soiled and old. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. The homeless person camped on the side of the building. I would Never stay here again

Great check in and right off freeway for easy access which of course comes a bit of noise as a trade off but that’s ok. It’s right beside a beautiful Yakima greenway so we took a 25 km bike ride along there right from the hotel and next door to Denny’s for supper so very convenient.

Very clean. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was actually better than i expected, nothing fancy, but good. I felt safe staying here. The pool was clean and maintained. The bathroom was clean but could probably could be updated. The hairdryer didn't work properly but most people rarely use it anyways. For the price it was great.

Not much in the way of food options for breakfast, and they did not keep it well stocked . The chairs were ripped and dirty, and there were flies flying everywhere. The whole hotel had a really funky smell to it. The room, however, was clean and updated.

Need more healthy food options. Yogurt & bananas were offered. Not a fan of waffles & cereal. The hard boiled eggs tasted funny. There was no coffee, carafe’s where empty very early in the morning made 2 trip to the coffee to get some. I did let the front desk know they were empty. Room was clean but had a funky smell like peppermint/mildew. Towels were clean & fresh. Bedding was clean but needed warmer comforter. Only had one thin blanket a thin bedspread & a sheet. (Not sure if they had not transformed to their fall bedding) Was hard to sleep got cold & the parking lot was very noisy. The weekend was cold & windy, the wind whistled through the window that would not close completely. Just my experience on the room I got. The front desk was very nice, greeted when we arrived. check in & check out was easy.
