The room and property were nice. It was under construction which we did not realize and pool was down, but we likely didn’t realize when reserving. We did hear a bit of road noise and the hotel shares a McDonalds parking lot, which is convenient but a little bright and noisy. Breakfast was great and room was comfortable and amenities offered were nice. Likely would have enjoyed more if pool was up and building not under construction.

We always like to stay at Holiday inn rooms are clean and comfortable staff is very friendly, The only downside to this stay was no pool but you could tell there was construction being finished up so maybe next time

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds in clean rooms. Despite its location, no noise complaints. Convenient, close to mall, and of course hwy access is right there. Appreciate the little "snack shack" they have set up. VERY minor frustrations: hot tub out of order during our visit (but nephew had a blast in the pool!), and only the first floor has an ice machine. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is our go-to hotel for any event in Puyallup. The staff is great, breakfast is always fully stocked, and it’s such a convenient location. However, this time the property was undergoing some renovation/construction, the parking lot was blocked off by related dumpsters, the pool and hot tub were closed, and the ice machine was down. There’s never a good time for renovations, and they did a decent mitigation job, it was just annoying. Also, if you’ve never stayed in a property close to a freeway, this one will initiate you quickly!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We arrived very late after midnight, and the staff welcomed us warmly and quickly handed us our room keys. The location was excellent for us. Mount Rainier was only an hour and fifteen minutes away. I recommend the hotel and give it the highest rating.

There was blood on the wall and ceiling above the bed as if blood had sprayed. The smudge on the wall was an attempt to clean the blood while it seemed as if no attempt was made to address the ceiling. The shower did not drain and I was standing in several inches of water. After explaining this to the manager we were moved to another room which was clean. We will not stay there again.

Our room was flea infested. They were actually jumping on us and we’re under the comforter covers. We grabbed out things and left. We couldn’t even stay there.

Breakfast was delicious at this stay! The beds were comfortable and bathroom looked neat and pristine. My family and I had a great time. Even our two cats enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back if I’m in need!

We had several children staying with us, the hotel was very family friendly, however, the room was never actually cleaned, just trash was emptied and towels were replenished. Also, the pull out couch/bed was broken and was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

All and all it was a pretty good property. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast for a hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the fact that all of the rooms were very muggy and moist.

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, amazing breakfast -egg white omelets, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, great coffee, lots of drink options, super clean! Only downside is being right next to the highest, the noise at night from the cars. Would stay here again

The hotel and room were recently updated and look great. The room is comfortable, has plenty of places to charge electronics, and a variety of amenities, including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and comfortable seating. We plan to stay here every time we are in town to visit family!

Hotel was great. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good, lots of items to choose from. Rooms are spacious. Gas station and McDonald’s next door. Tons of stores within 10 miles to go shopping. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m ever in the area

So we showed up around 2:30pm to check in (30 minutes before the checkin time) we were informed that our room wasn’t ready. That was fine knowing we were 30 minutes early. We sat down in the lobby and waited. Alittle while later the lady at the desk sat that our room wouldn’t probably be ready until closer to 4pm. I explained that I was there for a wedding and the rehearsal was at 5:30pm and I still needed to get ready. She finally said well I can give you a different room type and I informed her that was fine. It would have been nice at 3pm she would have said that instead of making us wait longer and me having to mention having to be somewhere to get that.

The upstairs room leaked on me from the toilet upstairs. Overnight, it leaked in the hallway and when I went to the bathroom in the morning, I did not see myself stepping water, and I fell to the floor. Then while sitting on the toilet additional water was leaking from the toilet upstairs onto me. I’ve been waiting now for a couple weeks for a refund as a front desk person guaranteed, but nothing has happened yet. This is very unfortunate.

The front desk was EXTREMELY unfriendly. She presented with a negative attitude and acted as if she was being interrupted by a hotel guest. She never made eye contact. She mumbled her words and spoke so fast i could not understand or hear her.

This is our go-to hotel when we have an event in Puyallup. It’s close to everywhere we need to be, easy to get to, but you can’t hear the freeway while you’re trying to sleep. The beds are comfy, the staff is nice, and breakfast is always stocked.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was cordial. The room was clean. Lots of parking space. Breakfast was okay but not as good as in Europe. Security cameras well placed. They had all the amenities I expected. They feature Dove products. A brand that is milder and better suited for sensitive skin with a light fragrance would be better. There is a McDonald's and a covvenience store a few steps away. Across the street is Subway. Denny's is a few minutes walk away. It is a moderate hotel we would choose to stay at again..

I like the convenient locations that surround the property. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Breakfast was delicious, especially the beverages. The only thing I didn’t like was the slow elevator. I used the stairs more than the elevator.

Excellent customer service and a clean bedroom made for a pleasant stay, though the AC and bathroom could have used more attention. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of options.
