Loved the location, beautiful view, clean room and property, helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint is the breakfast and coffee. But free is free so there’s that.

Our room had a terrible smell and the carpet was wet. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Bed very uncomfortable and people randomly smoking pot and other "stuff" outside of our room at 3am.

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing for Nearly $200 a Night I paid almost $200 for a Wednesday night, expecting a king room with a Jacuzzi, and the experience was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. The first room had an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and was told I needed to come back downstairs to get keys for another room. The replacement room was actually a downgrade. Instead of the king bed and Jacuzzi I paid for, I was given two queen beds and a basic shower. On top of that, the floors were badly stained and the room STILL smelled like stale smoke. While taking a shower, I looked up and noticed wallpaper peeling and falling off the wall that appeared to have been pasted over damaged areas or holes. The TV remote didn’t work, and to top everything off, the sheets were dirty. Unfortunately, things didn’t get any better the next morning. I went up for breakfast and tried the scrambled eggs, which were extremely dry and unappetizing. I then peeled one of the hard-boiled eggs, and as soon as I opened it, a rotten smell came from the egg. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast. For nearly $200 on a Wednesday night, I expected a clean, comfortable room that at least matched what I paid for. Instead, I received a downgraded room with stained floors, a stale smoke odor, dirty bedding, damaged walls, things that didn’t work, and a breakfast I didn’t feel was safe to eat. I’m extremely disappointed.
