The customer service team were great. The room was clean, the pool area was clean snd the breakfast was great. The two things that were not great were the elevator didn’t work and we had to walk the 3 flights of stairs and the hot tub jets didn’t work. I would stay there again.

Room and breakfast were great. Pool and hottub have lift for mobility clients. The carpet in gym was coming apart, and the mat was very old. No wipes for gym equipment. Smallest dumbbells were 30 lbs. . ( my only concern was the gym) staff was very good.

When we entered our room, the AC was not on, the window was wide open and there was white noise blasting from the alarm radio on the nightstand.The TV in our room also didn’t work. There’s no cable connection. In addition, the room we stayed is next to the hotel guest laundry room. We could hear water sound from the washroom periodically. We booked the hotel hoping to let my parents enjoy the jacuzzi tub but found out it was under maintenance. There wasn’t any signage indicating the jacuzzi tub was under maintenance in the pool area nor on the booking site. Quite disappointed with our experience this time…

This hotel is what I love about HIE all over the country. Systemic uniformity and the expectation of at least the minimum of the brands standards being kept. This little hotel isn’t the newest, and is in the most inconvenient location to get to the parking lots (hidden behind other businesses- you sort of have to go through parking lots to get to it). But the rooms are exactly what you get from the east coast to the west coast and from the south to the north. The breakfast is dependent on who is stocking it. Day one was a coffee bottle neck because the lady forgot to hit the start button after about 4 people complained about needing new coffee, I thought people where going to go brew it themselves at that point, the next day, different lady, no waiting on anything. The spa was down which wasn’t a bonus as I was hold and looking forward to hot tub but the pool is a decent size.

Pool was down the only reason we picked this one and when they opened the hot tub is was so dirty it was gross be at breakfast earlier if you want anything other then eggs and dry cereal milk we had to go for my son's surgery at the children's hospital will not stay here again lot's of better places to stay

We had an awesome view of the mildew covered A/C units just 5 feet from our window. And the constant humming buzz from the elevator on the other side of the headboard. Tub was also clogged. Just ok

I rented a room for my disabled family member so she and her son could visit our grandmother. They had to check out a day early because of bed bugs. They also heard gunshots around the area, there are a lot of drugs and homeless right around the hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund.

The breakfast menu included good hot cinnamon rolls, egg white omelets and turkey sausage, and delicious apple juice. The lighting in the room was atrocious. With the drapes closed there was not enough light to adequately match colors of apparel, and instead I ended up with blue top and turquoise bottoms, instead of matching colors. To take a shower meant one could not see adequately. There was insufficient light to read. Only TV watching has sufficient lighting. There were no instructions for either the heating/cooling system, nor the drapes which were on some incomprehensible, automatic - cutesy - system.

The tv didn’t work part of the time. Sometimes would randomly turn off or stay on a black screen. Couldn’t find any of the light switches initially. And after a shower the bathtub makes an extremely loud “smacking” sound- almost like it was going to fall through the floor at any moment. Kept us up all night.

This is second time we stayed here and both times the electric blinds did not work in the room. So, the blinds effectively blacked out all light and made the room very dark when we were there during the day. Very poor lighting in the room... only one light in bathroom on the mirror so nothing in the shower area. No light over the coffee maker, so needed to use our flashlight to make coffee. Only one chair in the room for seating so one of the two of us was always on the bed. Not comfortable at all. BUT, the greatest breakfast ever! Came here again so we could enjoy the best breakfast option available.

The location is pretty good as it’s right off the highway super easy to find. Surprisingly it’s pretty quiet in the room. The sleep was very good as well. Too bad the king size bed rooms are all next to elevator, it can be noisy with the beeping sound from elevator. We travelled on Tuesday and Wednesday, werent a lot of people, but I can imagine it can be noisy on the weekend. The area looks pretty sketchy though.

I booked the room online, showed up at 9:00pm for check in, got right into the room without issue, room was comfortable, I had one issue with my key not working after breakfast but it was quickly remedied. Everything was as smooth as I could ask for a reasonable price. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area. The staff was also great at check in and check out. Truly welcoming and helpful.

it's at a convenient location to get to downtown Seattle or the premium outlets. The breakfast is good with an acceptable number of choices. The room is ok and standard Holiday Inns style. Staff was attentative and nice to deal with. However, they randomly charge things to your credit card without your knowledge. And they don't follow up to resolve the issue (no phone call, no email, no good explanation, just nothing). If I haven't checked my card statement, nobody would have caught this mistaken charge. I have to be the one to chase the manager down to get an answer, and it's not satisfying. While I understand people make mistakes, it's just not ok that nobody took the ownership to correct their mistake. I have stayed at many different Holiday Inn in different countries and cities, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with them.

The worst customer service! We paid and confirmed the booking and they called me at 10:20pm no voicemail and I have to call them back after our conference to find out they do not have a room for us! No apologies and until now no reimbursement. We have to drive home with 2 kids!

This is an excellent place to stay with great rooms and a great hotel breakfast. The only downside is the South Everett neighborhood around 128th has seen better days and is a bit rough. So don't leave valuables in your vehicle and try to park pretty close to the entrance.

Check in took over 15 minutes, but the person was very nice. When we got to our room, we noticed it smelled funny. I looked at the floor beside the bed and found food scraps and garbage. So we changed rooms and the second room still smelled funny, but appeared to be cleaner. There is a a lot of freeway noise at this property (which is to be expected being right off the interstate). Shares a parking lot with an old casino and gas stations. Convenient location, but it’s not somewhere we would stay again.

When we went down to breakfast at about 745 there were no eggs or omelettes. We had to ask several times and after about 1520 minutes they put it out but we had to leave for a meeting instead so when it says you’re offered a breakfast the food should be available.

First night was great no problems. The second night a group of people came onto our floor at 330am screaming, yelling, running down the hallways being absolutely obnoxious! They went into a room 3 doors down from us. Blasting their music continued to scream and yell. I went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The staff member went up same time as me and confirmed that it was room 330. We were in 337. I assume he went back down to the front desk and called them and told them to quiet it down. Which they did but only for about 30 minutes. They started back up and were loud the rest of the evening till 6am! When we left we asked for a discount since the staff didnt stay on top of the issue. Not only us were effected. The whole floor was. People were coming out of their rooms to see what the ruckus was about. We didn't sleep hardly at all! Was very disappointed staff didnt handle this better and stay on top of it. We paid almost $400 to not have the respect and decency to sleep. Was not impressed. The fact that people dont have respect that there are other people there sleeping is absolutely insane to me!
