Staff was courteous and helpful. Hot continental breakfast offered a good selection and was very acceptable. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Big negative-I have a bad back and the ONE elevator was out of order. Fortunately staff members got my bags to my 3rd floor room via the stairway.

The property was clean and had an attentive staff. The room was spotless. The pool was nice and the exercise room was well-equipped and very large. The beds were very comfortable. The lamp on the desk made working difficult and the lighting could have been better but overall a great stay. I would stay again.

We were there for two nights, so three calendar days, and the only elevator was out of service the entire time. We were there with extended family. Fortunately, the one family member who really can’t use stairs had a first floor room. I heard other people asking to be switched to first floor rooms. One person was able to switch and the next person was told that the front desk person needed to see if it would be possible. The hotel should really alert people if there is no functioning elevator ahead of time.

Nasty stain on the one chair in the room; extremely lumpy pillows; cardboard-like chicken sausage patties and mushy home fries were terrible, pool was closed because of a problem with the light in it. The one positive was the very helpful and humorous guy at the front desk.

This hotel is independently operated and not typical of a Hampton inn. It feels old and in need of remodel. Our room had a strong damp smell, shower had mold/mildew, bathroom ceiling had water damage, outlets in one area did not work, breakfast was disappointing. It was close tot he highway which is why we chose it but I would not chose to return.

Housekeeping was very lame. They only come into the room every other day and when they did it was sloppy job making the beds, the fitted sheet was still coming off. There was no actual cleaning done. Same debris was on the floor. Same black hairs in the shower from when I arrived. The shower glass doors had not been cleaned.

The rooms were nice until we inspected them better the towels looked like someone changed their oil and used three of them the shower was dirty with hair on the shower wall and there were roach or ant traps on the carpet behind the beds the mattress were fine the pillows felt like a half of bag of laundry the pool was nice and the staff were very nice only reason I give it 3 stars over all not worth the 1600 I spent for two rooms for four nights

We stayed here during a brief family getaway and chose this hotel due to its proximity to restaurants, The Montshire Museum, and because it had an indoor pool. We were disappointed to learn that the description on hotels.com was presented in a way to make us believe there was a suite style room with a separate sleeping area. It did not. We were also very disappointed to find crumbs in various places around the room and find stained sheets on our bed. The front desk staff was very responsive and changed our sheets for us. The refrigerator was so cold it froze some of our drinks and berries. The hallways smell like this is a smoking hotel, but it is non-smoking. Other than the cleanliness, the room was comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The location was convenient and close to amenities.

Room cleaning - I think the bathroom sink wasn’t draining because after the room was cleaned, there was toothpaste all over the sink. Heavy perfumed smell in the lobby and hallway, I think to possibly cover up smoke or ??

The staff was not that friendly and the room had a dirty shower door, the toilet needed to be cleaned better. There was a hair on the hair dryer. There also was a dust layer on the bed head boards that was thick. There is no clock in the room and everyday trying to get into the pool we had to ask the front desk to let us in. Also, the lighting in the room was horrible it was to dark.And there was too many night light's in the room coming in from the overhead fire alawm to the tv and microwave. AndWhy would there be a micro wave put on a shelf that you could hardly get too. For a Hilton hotel there was much to be desired and If I could of had a Holiday Inn room I would have booked there. Also, I keey wouldn't work one day and when my husband ask the front desk to help with it the person told him he must of checked out that's why it didn't work. He did fix it for us REALLY it was apparently I fault assumed by them ! I was not able to get into the Holiday Inne next door and after the service at this hotel I really wish I would of waited a week later. So I could have gotten better service and cleaner room! YOU ASKED YOU GOT!

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was AMAZINGLY quiet. I never heard anyone in the hall or even a door close. The breakfast offerings were plenty, and what we chose was fresh and delicious. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in the area.

We have stayed at the Hampton pre pandemic and post pandemic. Before the pandemic the house cleaning service was daily and it was a pleasure coming to the room to unwind after a busy day out. Now, it is impossible to get house cleaning at all! The trash piles up and I literally had to pick it up and throw it outside. No clean towels are replaced, there is dust in the rooms that I literally wiped with Clorox towels. Just so unwelcoming. I don’t mind paying more but would like daily house cleaning. I think many guests would appreciate it too!

Unfortunately when we arrived our booking could not be found even though we had our booking number and had paid for the room. Eventually we were given a room. WiFi was very challenging to configure at this location and cellular service was very poor or no bars. We cannot recommend this Hampton Inn of these issues. Staff was friendly and room was average for Hampton Inn chain.

I really enjoyed the welcoming ambiance of the Hampton. The check-in was smooth and easy, the room was clean, well equipped and well-fitted, the fitness room is larger and more versatile than I had expected. My son enjoyed the pool, which is a great spot for kids. Fresh fruit and yogurt at the continental breakfast were delicious. Also, close to a terrific BBQ restaurant.

Very clean and quiet, reasonably priced. Breakfast was included; I had potatoes, sausage, and the egg and cheese foldover. That may not be exactly how they were labeled, but that’s what they were. The potatoes would have been really good if they were hot, they sausage was pretty good , and the eggs were inedible. My wife had oatmeal. I should have made a waffle. I think if we had gotten there right at 6 when they started serving it would have been better (we got there around 7). We ended up going to Dunkin next door. So breakfast wasn’t great but the hotel was excellent.

The included breakfast was outstanding - waffles, omelets, bagels; etc. -- a good variety! And the breakfast room was lovely. They also have shaded areas outside with tables for 'picnicking' if you desire. The room and all amenities were a good value. Only thing I'd recommend is an exhaust fan in the bathroom!
