Front staff was friendly. Elevator (only one for the whole hotel) broke down while we were on it. Had to pry the doors open to get out. Room smelled musty. Shampoo holder broken. Gym was very hot, set at 80 degrees. Not a good variety of dumbbell weights. Went from 5lb to 20lb. Breakfast was disappointing, eggs were wet. Overall just so-so, could definitely make small changes for improvement. Probably won’t be back.

The pool heater was out of order. It also has a sign saying thru didn't know when it would be repaired which tells me it's been broken fire since time. Traveling with a 10 year old we booked this room only for the pool. I'll not stay in another double tree.

The hotel was dirty. Ants, broken sinks, bathroom lift went out all day. Lights in the room didn’t work. The pool must not have been treated because there was an awful rancid smell. My kids didn’t even want to swim in it. Over all it looks like poor management and maintenance.

The bathroom was atrocious! it was so disgusting, like it had not been washed for a long time. The manager when i complained said it was just stained....NO...it was DIRTY and stained from not being washed. i have never seen a hotel bathroom this dirty... I was completely unimpressed by the hotel as a whole. It felt like an upscale motel ugh! it was dark and dingy looking. Go to the Hyatt Place across the street, you'll pay about $50 more but totally worth it. I have stayed there before and it is excellent!!!! if you want a hilton go to the Tru By Hilton. Steer clear if this one.

The staff at check seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Our room was clean but all public areas were dirty. Had breakfast which was typical bad buffet food and the room was dirty from the night before. Crushed food on the floors all over the hotel. Gross. Would not stay here again. I will say the bartender and the breakfast staff were kind.

Area around the top of the window was disgusting! The light in the entry way did not work. This means that you have to fumble around for a switch on a bed side light when you come in after dark since that is the only light in the room with wall switch. Shower was moldy in various places. The shower valve is on the opposite end from the door so you can't turn the shower on without getting hit with ice cold water. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The vertical grab bar is at a TERRIBLE height for tall people. I smashed my elbow into the sharp edge of the steel grab bar. I could barely move my arm the rest of the day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Some of the best I have had at a any hotel.

Close to the highway. Overall a very nice place. Down pillows and comforter were nice. Decor was also well done. Downside is very dim lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom, with no moderate to strong lighting options anywhere in the room. The bathroom was actually pretty gross regarding cleanliness. Hair was left on the counter, some odd fungus was growing all around the hook on the back of the door. The most egregious was the amount of mold on the grout of the shower walls, the base of the shower and all over any surface of the glass shower door where glass met chrome hardware.

The lighting in the room was very dim and the lighting in the bathroom was Horrible. We where given a room overlooking the indoor pool. We had a hard time getting a to sleep because of people using the up to 10 pm. They where so loud it sounded like they where in the room. I did request to be moved but all the rooms where full . Bathroom was unacceptable. Door lock was broken and there was no sink stopper. I called and complained right away as we enteredcthe room but there were other guets already fighting in the lobby withbth frint desk as the hotel.was over booked and there room they were a lotted already had someone else in. They actually walked in into a moon with people in when they walked in the room. I felt bad for the front person and explained her the situation,she assured someone will fix it next morning. Sure enough no one came next day or called, end of the day my earning fell in the sink and aa there was no sink stopper, I lost it. I called front desk and this time it was different front desk person, Julia I believe her name was, she was simply unprofessional. She said she can't do anything about it and she's leaving soon and will let the night person know. She was not polite and uncourteous. I asked for manager, she said her manager was unavailable and her name was Margarita. I asked her to leave message for have her call me next morning. Again next morning no one called. I called front desk, was told there was no information about the issues and the manager was not in. We were checking out that day. At this point I didn't have much choice. This was a horrible experience and not at all a Hilton Double Tree standard. I have taken pictures of everything

Check in was a nightmare. After checking in online and picking my room 24 hours earlier, the hotel revoked my check in and blamed it on my booking through a third party which is a total lie because I've done it before without issue. There were MANY unhappy people at check in, which was supposed to be 4pm, but most rooms weren't ready. When we could no longer wait for our room, we agreed to take any room we could get and were given a subpar room in the worst possible location. The lobby was full of unhappy people waiting for their room. There was a football team staying at the hotel and the hotel clearly bumped the rest of us for them. Didn't sleep for 2 nights because of nonstop door slamming all night every night. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

Rooms are nice and clean. But the restaurant is pricey and the food was not up to par. Bar tender also took all the money for a tip when it was for my check. He took the money and charged it to the room. I gave the hotel a week to refund me and they still havent. Wont be back.

Unfortunately the building had an issue and there wasn’t hot water. The staff never came and informed us about this, when we went to the front desk they only mentioned that “ Oh, yeah we know there’s not hot water in half of the property but, you know no one it’s available to come and fix that now” the stay at this place was miserable!

I get there after driving all day looking forward to a drink n a meal to find out the restaurant n bar are closed that day. It was a friday at 5 pm!. The clerk was not the friendliest. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and prompt, and the courtyard area inside is interesting. I know this is just a corporate policy, but I really wish there were an option for free breakfast, or that breakfast was cheaper. I was pleased with this room. I never found the wi-fi password though. Also could not reset the clock. No TV station guide. Your bar was out of red wine,had no Stella beer and didn’t have any VO whiskey. Not good. Light dinner was good. We didn’t stay for breakfast this time. Last time wasn’t good. You had run out of fruit, pancakes and your home fried were cut up French fries.

Our rooom was exceptionally small, we had to keep curtain closed all the time because the window was right in front of maintenance closet. Bathroom light would not work. Inquired at front desk they said they would move us but never happen, never sent anyone to fix light. Server in the bar Friday night made us feel like we were an inconvenient and Saturday night they had no food! Will not book again!
