Across recent stays at 7th-floor updated Gulf-front retreat - near area attractions & restaurants, guests praise the beachfront location, Gulf views, and spacious layouts, while noting generally clean, comfortable condos, responsive communication from the host, and a smaller, less-crowded building.
Guests also praised onsite amenities such as the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. Drawbacks mentioned across reviews include occasional gate-code or check-in hiccups, some dated or worn furnishings in spots, and, in one case, slow-to-heat water. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, pool, gym sauna and FloraBama area. The place was clean and easy to settle in and relax. Would certainly stay again.

We real love the condo had everything we needed to make fall break memories. The condo was so clean and if I had any questions I could message Thomas and he will get back with me right away. Getting to the beach was so easy both me and my husband has had knee replacement so not having to go up and down stairs to get to the beach made it so easier we went more both pools was so nice and clean . It’s most likely we will come back next year .

The condo was awesome and a great view! 3 bed 3 bath is perfect. We brought 4 teenagers with us and it was perfect for them to have their own restroom. Chilly start to the week so we definitely utilized the hot tub. Short walk to Flora-Bama. I didn’t wanna miss my workouts…the gym was adequate. Tom the owner was a great communicator even during the trip if we had questions. Highly recommend!

Spanish Key is a great condo building right in the middle of Perdido Key. Condo was beautiful inside, just as advertised. Well equipped. Beautiful pool and easy access to the beach which is where you’ll spend every day. Tom is a great host, check in instructions were super easy and well communicated. Everything we were looking for in family vacation

We had a great time and the pictures match exactly to the condo. We so enjoyed the outdoor furniture! It was very comfortable and had space for all of us to sit. Short walk to the beach and an indoor pool for inclement weather. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Loved this property, it's location, and it's amenities! It was very pretty, had a pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, and private beach access. It was great that the beach had covered lounges (not sure if they were free or for a fee), water to shower/wash feet off from the beach, and fast elevators. The view from the patio was awesome and it was walking distance to the Florabama. If I get the chance I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our 3 young children. The condo was perfectly arranged for everyone to have their own space and space for us to be all together. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need. The condo was immaculately clean. The view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom was amazing. Even during a busy summer week, there was plenty of space for everyone staying at the resort to spread out on the beach. Everyone had a spot right next to the ocean! Communication with the owner was clear and quick. He made several recommendations for restaurants nearby. It was altogether a perfect week. We will be returning.

An average rental, needs some serious updating especially in the second master. Wish I knew there was a K-cup machine which was not listed. Minor items like some coffee filters would have been nice. The beds were comfy, pillows not rock hard but not soft. More area info would have been great like the kids who set up your beach chairs and beach towels as other units had towels. Will I go back, probably not.

PROS - Great view and close to beach CONS - property dated, could use updates. couldn't get into property, because didn't have gate code, it was listed as beach code and after numerous calls/texts, no one helped us, had to ask owner what correct code was. Not sure what would have happened, if I hadn't run into the owner.

Staying at this condo was the best get away. The view was awesome! The master bedroom has a slider you can listen to the waves all night! The owner was quick to respond to any questions! As this was an extended stay, 30 days, so remote work was necessary for us. The internet was incredibly fast and reliable We are hoping to stay in 2024! Thanks for everything!

Property over looked the beach and was nice to wake up to. Condo was nice but be aware that you should stop at the Publix near the airport to get coffee, coffee filters, water and anything else you need. There are no beach towels or a small cooler. The second master has beat up tables with white paint gone. Other master did not have the roll to put toilet paper on. Reaching out for help with a few things went unanswered. Just a heads up from someone who uses rentals a lot.

Spanish Key is the perfect place to enjoy a family beach trip! The quiet beach isn’t as crowed as some of the bigger condo units. Tom was a great host and kept us updated. Arrival information was provided well before our trip so there was no guessing about what needed to be done. Unit was well stocked with all the essentials!

Loved our stay, very nice place, great location. Couple tiny cosmetic issues balcony door slides hard and doesn’t shut completely. Master bathroom main door doesn’t shut, frame is warped. Biggest issue was when we arrived our gate code didn’t work. Code was changed but not updated to us. That was frustrating, finally a delivery person gave us the correct code. Overall was a great trip! We would stay here again since it was clean, big enough for my whole family and was a great location !
