Elevator was out, so had to use the stairs but otherwise it was a good stay. My children and I just needed a safe, comfortable place to sleep between a late night and an early next morning volleyball tournaments. Thankfully the front desk attendant went out of his way to move us to another room with a working jetted tub even though management only wanted him to give me a $20 discount. Front desk attendant was great and did everything to help, management sucked.

Do not stay there! It was dirty, deteriorated, in need of repairs, no elevator, smelled like disinfectant. Just a nasty place. Worst hotel I have stayed in in 50 years. It's rating of an 8 is ridiculous. It should be rated as a 2.

In the puctures show that they had a pool but it wasn't open and didn't tell customer it is not open until you get there and find out, got me upset since that was the purpose of getting this hotel, had my family staying and told them there was a pool to have fun. It wasn't nice that they advertised it and couldn't use it.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. There is only one main entrance to the building so it discourages loitering and unwelcome visitors. Location is right off the freeway and there's plenty of food options within a short distance. AC worked great and could breathe and rest easily. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly. My only complaints are that the pool was in need of major cleaning and the cleaning ladies were very pushy during checkout .

Very nice. Willing to go the extra mile to provide awesome customer service . Pool was wonderful and clean. Patio tables and chairs so the adults can watch the kiddos swim. They pretty much left the breakfast area open until everything was gone. Not like most hotels where breakfast ends at 9am and they take the food away at exactly 9am. Room was nice has a table and 2 chairs. There's highway noise outside but you cant hear it at all in the rooms. It was a great experience. Can't beat the price.

The room was dirty looking and had a funky, dank like smell to it. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. No bed bugs were found. I did find a dead cockroach inside of the refrigerator. I stayed only because it was late and I was tired. I did not sleep well and I left my belongings in the car.

The reviews for this property on Expedia are very inaccurate. The room is very outdated and non functional. My door did not shut properly, there were roaches and just over all not what the reviews had stated. Upon arrival the employee who checked me in was very nice and that’s about the only good thing about the place.

The road coming to the hotel is terrible. No elevator. The room smelled like weed and pinesol. Stains on the sheets, pillow cases and floor. Crusty spots on the floor. Toe nail clippings in the bathroom floor. Pee stains and pubic hairs in the bathtub. The guy at the front counter was rude to my wife when she complained about the room.

Check in was fine. We got to the room and there were a couple of outlets that didn’t have covers, paint was pealing from the ceiling, and chips on the tiles. We had a jacuzzi room and 3 of the 6 jets didn’t work. I had to have maintenance come in and fix the toilet bc it took 20 mins to fill up the tank. Other than that, the bed was ok ( wasn’t the comfiest).

This place is a little run down and in need of TLC. It's not horrible, but it's not great either. The rooms are dated and in need of facelift. The beds aren't terribly comfortable and have sheets that easily come off the bed. The breakfast was sparce. Oh, and if you're going to bring your dog to a hotel, make sure it doesn't bark all night!

When I arrived there, the computer system was down, so fortunately, the clerk had printed out the guest list so they could check us in. It was late at night and I had called the property direct to let them know we would be there late. The room was comfortable enough, but the refrigerator did not work and there was some water in the floor next to the bed from somewhere. Also, there was absolutely no hot water in the shower at all. The sink had hot water, but none in the shower! This is unacceptable. I told the clerk whenever I checked out about this situation and he just apologized.

The Quality Inn was a basic hotel in Terrell, with inside room doors. The staff were friendly, and the morning hot breakfast was better than simple cereal (they had waffles and eggs and sausage). Our room was clean, and the beds were typical hotel beds. A/C was cold as well. No major complaints, other than thin walls and loud neighbors. Made sleeping difficult.

Girl at desk obviously does not like her job. Rude, poor communication, I gave her ID and credit card and she handed card back so I put in wallet. Later she said I need to pay deposit. I told her I tried and she pointed machine on counter to my left other side of sign. Now she wouldn't even look at me. She held up ID for me to reach across counter to get as she only looked at computer. I asked about elevator as I have an arm in cast, no elevator and she didn't care. She informed me that they didn't have rooms on the 1st floor (they do). Morning staff was great! Nice greeting, eye contact, very professional. At least the day staff really liked their job!

Upon check-in I was greeted about 5-10mins from walking in the door had to wait for someone to come from back room to experience, what I felt as if I was interrupting someones breaktime. It was approximately 9:05 when I walked into the lobby. He asked if I had additional rooms: "to which I replied, no! He replied good we're sold out. I just replied ok, I just replied, i I just need one room for the reservation I booked a month prior through Hotels.com. To which he replied that's the problem. Um wasn't aware booking through a third party was an issue. The room was decent enough, couch had seen better days, there seemed to be a moisture issue in and around the Jacuzzi in the room some of the tiles were barely hanging on. The top sheet had stains as did the couch. The bathroom amenities are rough on skin, and hair from TP, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. The breakfast is a basic fake egg, and pork sausage. Also wheat or white bread to toast, one type of generic yogurt, but there was waffle maker. I just had coffee and a chocolate muffin that tasted like chemicals, but the nutri-grain bar was tasty.

My 77yr old parental unit bypassed scheduled stay & I had to make last minute arrangements online. I called to see if I could get an accessible ground floor room last minute for parental unit. Jovon ( front desk) not only assured me not a problem , he took the time to understand their needs & again reassured me all would be well. He was so polite & genuine in his concern & assurance that I felt very confident my wayward parent would be Aok. Jovon even assured me that the next person on duty would see clear & concisely detailed notes. Definitely Texas charm at its best!!! Gotta know how to be professional & still get that genuine hospitality across!! Thank you Jovon & Quality Inn!

The gentleman working the front desk (when we got there) was very polite and pleasant. Besides being needed to be updated, we were to have a suite on first floor but didn’t have one. Put us in a jacuzzi room that didn’t work and hummed all the time. Also be careful with the breakfast. I got a blueberry muffin and when I opened it, it was molded, nothing was put out for breakfast except make your own waffles. The yogurt was expired , whenever I brought it to the attention of the girl that was working she said “oh I guess I need to check it “ and continued doing whatever she was doing. We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints but this time it was definitely a disappointment.

Nothing glamorous but their rooms were clean and well maintained, great air conditioners, shower pressure strong, bathrooms and room well stocked with basics, staff was attentive and kind, breakfast was hot and surprisingly tasty. I’d stay here again if visiting Terrell, TX.
