What guests think

However, multiple reviews report that there is no airport or mall shuttle despite seeing it listed, and highway-facing rooms can be noisy. Service can be slow at check-in with occasional key or booking problems, and bed comfort is mixed with some guests citing worn mattresses. Some guests also reported occasional maintenance issues such as weak A/C or limited hot water. We had a very nice stay here. The Location of the Hotel could not have been in a more convenient location. Deer Brook Mall was only a half a mile away plus all the restaurants all around the area and really close to Stetsons Nightlife where an Uber there and back was less than $20. Plus the Pool was nice, very clean and not overly chlorinated.

At the time of booking in June, they advertised a free shuttle service from the airport. When I called today to be picked up, I was told that they don’t offer it at the IAH location. Staff at the airport told me that some hotels falsely advertise shuttle service so they get more reservations. I see that they no longer mention this service on the Booking website. I would have appreciated receiving a message from the hotel to say that they did not intend to provide the service they had advertised.

Very satisfied with just about everything that the premises provide. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, easy access to the entrance, free parking, very close to the airport, several business and restaurants surrounding it. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that they don't offer shuttle service to the airport. That was the inconvenience I find.

The advertisement said “free airport shuttle”. They don’t have a shuttle. It cost us $30 US each way to take a taxi.

Buyer beware! hotel does NOT offer airport shuttle. Expedia is falsely advertising airport shuttle. Reason is they have no shuttle driver. No apology or goodwill offered. Had we known they were not selling themselves correctly we would not have booked this hotel! Uber to airport was around $20 Our room overlooked the highway which was noisy. Staff did not offer a room in the back of hotel away from the noise. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the airport shuttle issue.
