Budgetel Inn & Suites

Nice rooms and pool

When I checked in my reservation couldn’t be found and the lady at the front desk was very rude, she didn’t believe the reservation was made prior to check in even when I showed her my reservation and itinerary. The elevator she sent me to didn’t work, the tv didn’t work properly and when we asked for towels they said we had to wait till 10pm and when I went to the front desk no one was there. The shower even had hair from the previous guests, but I travel with disinfectant wipes so I cleaned after I saw that, but I would never stay at that establishment again.

Gated parking

I had only one real issue but I can't really blame it on the them. It was great for the time I slept there. Checkin was quick, room for clean, and no noisy neighbors.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and didn't make it through the night it was so bad. 100% Improvement Pricing was Affordable cheaper than many in that area. They have Clean Rooms, Security features to get to the room I had to use my key at a gate that actually stays locked. Microwave and fridge in room both were clean I had a small burn in the top cover on bed but linens were clean and I never sleep with the top cover anyway. I would definitely stay here again, the staff was very nice and personable especially the man in the mornings. Overall I had GREAT experience.

The rooms smelled terrible! I sucked it up for 2 nights but I won’t ever stay here again. The photos looked decent, but the rooms smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. The front desk people had a bit of a communication barrier and weren’t terribly friendly until the manager came to help and she was nice enough. They have a gate to park inside for security, but half the fence on the backside is missing so that’s completely pointless.

Lights went out from 1am till 11am and I didn’t receive any accommodations for the inconvenience. Sheets were dirty also woke up with about 5 bumps on my legs. Employees are horrible they like to make smart remarks with their customers. Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I would never stay here again. It is a dope track

Everything except the poole was not open

First of all at check in was told we had to leave a $30 cash, refundable deposit incase we smoke in room... it had to be cash! Didn't know staff could not give out their name to guests. Room was ok, full size microwave and mini frig. No hangers or hooks to hang clothes. Bath supplies were questionable. Looked like mold along bottom of shower curtain. Shower mat was FILTHY. Towels Dingy, hard, wrinkled. Thankfully I brought my on small towel. Pillow cases had smudges and one was ripped at the seam. And lastly, after being in the room for @ 10 minutes the fire/ smoke alarm went off in my room.

Good staff and overall a decent property for the price. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The area isn’t the best but we didn’t have any problems.

The sheets had stains all over them. It looked like someone had filmed an adult movie in the bed. The towels had hair and makeup all over them. Plus on top of that the wifi wouldn't even work. The facility was so bad the the rust from the stairwell had fallen off literally in a big pile on the stairs.

Room wasn’t cleaned and had human bodily fluids everywhere. Already filed a claim trying to get money back

My experience was horrible ‼️‼️ The Room smelled like wet dog and feet . The Covers had cigarette burn holes in them . The mirror was taped up do to being broken . The Remote didn’t work . The officer worker said she couldn’t give clean sheets . I asked got refund she denied it . DONT NEVER STAY HERE … The pictures are FAKE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

There cigarette holes in comforter , roaches, stained towels and sheets the place was Super raggedy I was afraid to lay on sheets or sit on sofa. I did not stay at that hotel so I just wasted my money.

Blood on walls, towels, and sheets

The room was dirty and the sheets were nasty with smoke holes in them. I asked to be moved to a different room and they tried to charge me for another room. So I tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t let me. Would really like to get my refund Expedia please!

Room had blood and mold not to mention boogers on the pillows refuses to refund even though we didn’t stay and they had health hazards

I recommend not booking this place. First arrival send me to another Unit that was occupied. When I ask the front desk about it.She told me she didnt know someone was in that unit. which I find that odd. Since she can see if it was occupiedor not. I understand mistakes does happen but not like that. when I enter the new Unit. The pillow sheets was dirty the toilet was cleaning it had a musty smell also they were no towels. I checked in roughly close to mid-night. Early in the morning Roughly around10 a.m. the following day one of the Employee enter my Unit told me I need to check out by 11am. I booked this place for 2 nights From Saturday through Monday Aug 5th to Aug 7th . Im curious to 1 why did they enter my Unit and 2 I still had another night. When I called first front desk. Just FYI there telephone doesnt work. I had to call them from cellphone to contact them. The one I spoke to only apologies and in the middle of our conversation hangup on me. Very rude. ALso when I came back to the unit since Ieft todo things# roughly1a.m. They didnt change the sheets, didn't clean the toilet, didnt takeout the trash. They only organize the towels. I high advice please do not Book this place.

The room looked clean at a glance, but it wasn’t really. The bathroom corners were gross, but that can be overlooked since it’s the bathroom. But the comforter had burns and stains all over it. After inspecting the bed, I found two roach nymphs: one was crawling on the baseboard and one was under the covers themselves. The staff was polite, apologetic, and gave me my deposit back immediately. The other issue I had was that the place was listed as a hotel when it was actually a motel. I was ok with that at first as it seemed nice enough in the pictures. I believe the pictures need updating, or the listing should change to a motel. But I do want to emphasize that the staff was nothing but polite and helpful. The gentleman that helped me seemed genuinely concerned when I mentioned the roaches, where other places might scoff or downplay it. He gave me my deposit immediately, and thanked me for letting him know. The man at the desk gets a 10/10, though the room itself gets a 2/10. I wish this business all the best.

Slightly noisy area

The room was clean and nice looking. I wish the water was a little hotter but the room was clean, fresh and looked nice.

Great room, it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable it was too firm

Soon as we made it there the lights went off in the room then nobody's answer the phone

Somewhat clean moldy spots in the room tv cable was staticky

Very clean but staff not very friendly

It was good for a fair price but their service is so terrible it doesn’t make any sense, they take all day and sometimes forget to come to the room you’re in,but overall it isnt dirty or anything it’s just the service.

There wasn't anything about the properly itself. it's just the area it sits in that affects it and what goes on around it. But otherwise our stay was good and the staff is very friendly at this location.

Great customer service and room was clean Area was quiet and safe Thank you

It was quiet and right off the interstate

DO NOT STAY HERE, WE WERE UP THE ENTIRE NIGHT, FELT VERY UNSAFE, VERY LOUD MUSIC PLAYED UNTIL 4AM, PEOPLE ARAIVING LATE, LOUD VOICES, SLAMMING DOORS, AFRAID TO LEAVE WHILE THIS WAS GOING ON, KEPT CHECKING TO SEE IF OUR CAR WAS OK , WAITED UNTIL SUNRISE, TO LEAVE, LOW LIFE, PARTY PEOPLE STAY HERE, SHOULD HAVE NEVERED BOOKED THIS, THE SECURITY GATE IS A JOKE, WE DESERVE A COMPLETE REFUND

VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN ALL YOUR DINING AND SHOPPING WITH 5 MINS TIMING THANK YOU😍💋

It looks unclean and dangerous area

I would recommend this place for a cheap place to spend a night on road trip and nothing else. Pretty poor facility in a pretty poor part of town.

It was in a Terrible neighborhood! I really didn't like that much at all about the property.

Pulled up and the place had barbed wire on the windows. Busted out car windows and a crashed car in lot. Front nt door had a sign to pull around back and use back door. Way unsafe. We didnt even get out and went and booked another hotel

The property was right off the interstate. The hotel was very quiet the bed was comfortable.

Not in a good area and very out of date.
