Carpeting was being installed on the 3rd floor so we had to wait a bit to get to 303 as glue was being applied when we got off the elevator. Our stay was not time sensitive so we were fine but I wish the front desk had warned us.

As a dog owner myself, I am completely comfortable staying in pet-friendly rooms. However, our room on the second floor smelled of very heavy urine, and it was evident from the moment we walked in. When I called to ask the staff to help with the smell, they informed me that they couldn't do anything until I was out of the room for an hour and a half so they could filter the air out to remedy the odor. Because it worked with our schedule the next day, we were amenable to it, however it did not work, and I informed them that the carpets needed to be scrubbed (and told them precisely where). While we were able to "hide" some of the smell by draping blankets over the offending areas, we were stuck with a pricey room all weekend that smelled of pet urine. Although everything else about the hotel was generally satisfactory, I would not ever stay in this location again, particularly given their overall lack of interest in rectifying the issue.

Stayed in Hampton Inns on our road trip there and back. This one we had to wait about 10 minutes for an employee to arrive at the front desk (it was about 8pm on our arrival). Once in our room we had the lights out by 9:30pm. At about 11pm our neighbour arrived to his room. Although he was talking in a usual volume we could hear every word (and it was unsettling; he was pressing charges against someone who had pulled a firearm on him in the parking lot - so he was talking to an officer). Could also hear him pee. Not much sleep went on in our room as a result.

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. All areas of the facility, as well as the room, were immaculately clean. Sherri (& the rest of the staff we interacted with) were incredibly nice and accommodating. Very pleasant to work with. Two of us forgot toothbrushes and toothpaste and were given complimentary sets from the front desk. We arrived in town a bit early before check in but we called ahead and our room was already cleaned so they let us check in early. Day 2 our key stopped working. I called the desk and they had maintenance into our room and the lock battery changed in under 10 minutes. Impressive. We had no issues with loud or rowdy guests. The area and parking lot felt very safe. The blackout curtains were so good that my kids slept until after 7:30am and thought it was still dark outside. The breakfast was pretty good. There were continental breakfast options (all fresh and delicious) and they also had hot breakfast options like french toast sticks, omelet, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, fried potatoes, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal etc. Four different juice, teas, coffee. Something for everyone. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely stay here again if we visit Hershey area. Well worth the 30min drive to the parks.

Really enjoyed our stay. However, our first impression was not very enjoyable. We arrived to check in at 5:20pm and no one was at the front desk. A sign was up that said they were away and would return soon. Yet, we waited five minutes before anyone arrived to help check us in. I looked for a number to call, but could not find one for this property. Not being able to check in immediately was disappointing.
