Highly recommend this hotel if your in the area! CLEAN and smells clean. Rooms are CLEAN! pet friendly which is a big plus. Staff are friendly. I am impressed with the hotel overall. Would definitely staff again.

The rooms and lobby are clean, the pool is clean and nice. The breakfast items are really great selections and quality, thoroughly enjoyed. The dining room floor needs to be kept clean however. It's also disappointing there's not hot tub something we always look for when booking a hotel. The representative the checked us out while polite should have asked how our stay was. We would have said it was nice but this is always asked and should be.

It was near where we wanted to be. Wiese was close by which was a plus. It is nearing a remodel, but still very good. Pool looked nice, but we did not have the time to use. Breakfast was good each day, even changed a little each day. Lots of protein choices, which we like. will definitely go back. One bummer was that none of the TVs worked in the gym which wasn't too much of a downer for me.

The hotel was good for the money. Complimentary breakfast was as expected. Fitness room was very small with 2 treadmills, one eliptical, and a stationary bike. No free weights or any other type of weights. One complaint I'd make is that the room had a weird, musty smell, especially when the a/c was running. I read this complaint on other reviews before I booked this, but I took a chance anyway. Please know that the complaints about the smell is a real thing. But again, this hotel was good for the price.

The room was a little dirty. I had to pick up some food remnants on the floor. the room was spacious, the staff were extreme helpful and polite, the continental breakfast was great too! Will stay there again. I also brought my 2 little yorkies. This hotel only charged $25 per dog per night. All other surrounding hotel prices were more than double for the dog charge. (I do not have service animals)

Although the lobby looked a little sketchy when we first walked in, there were signs that it was under renovation so it made me feel better. Room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. There isn’t a whole lot of space to eat though, so just know there may not be space to eat

Our experience was absolutely unacceptable, largely due to the conduct of an employee named Nicole. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but dangerous and discriminatory. She cursed at the children in our group and kicked them out of the hotel in the middle of the night without cause or explanation. When questioned, she could provide no proof of any wrongdoing—only false claims and a hostile attitude. To make matters worse, our original room had ticks, which is a serious health issue, especially for kids. When we brought this up, we were moved—but Nicole acted like our concern for the children’s health was a burden to her. Even more disturbing was her blatant racism toward our Spanish-American group. While she berated us, other groups nearby were being loud and disruptive, yet nothing was said to them. It seemed the only difference was that they weren’t speaking Spanish. During times like these, this kind of discriminatory behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s dangerous and disgraceful. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families or Spanish-speaking guests, until serious action is taken.

Upon arrival, the toilet had human waste in it that hadn't been flushed. Clearly, it had not been cleaned after its last use. The hotel offered us some points after we outright asked if there was anything they could do but said they could not give us any money off of our bill. Not good - at the very least, I'd expect the toilet to be flushed/cleaned?! Also, the fridge was coming apart at the top, and there was water all in the bottom of it.

The staff was friendly. This property could use some updating. There isn't even a USB port in the room. The furniture is a bit banged up. The room had a funky smell, definitely think it was the carpets, they could probably use a good cleaning. The bathroom door would not close. The A/C was ok but the room remained humid. Not the worst place we've stayed but it could use a bit of help.

Everything was mediocre. Wi-Fi didn't work on any of our devices until the morning of departure. Key cards worked only sometimes and with several tries. We reserved for four people, but there were towels for only two. Furniture was chipped and dinged throughout the place, door handles loose, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were some problems with the room. The bathroom door does not lock and seems to shut but opens with any pressure. The shower door would not stay closed unless I held it while in the shower. The air intake in the bathroom had tons of dust on it. The air conditioner/heat unit in the room made a lot of noise. When people walked above us something metal rattled in the ceiling which was terribly loud. Definitely not worth what we paid for the room.

The furniture where TV was looked very beat up. The a/c was noisy but effective. The chrome towel rack in the bathroom was rusted beyond belief: not a rack anyone in their right mind would put clean towels on - but they did. The breakfast was very nice.

In process of renovation was there excuse for everything. Sink in sweet had a note that said inoperable due to ongoing renovations, refrigerator barely worked, in fact recess of upgrades we were told. Air conditioner worked but room design made it pointless, bed was in front of it and curtains hung over the actual AC unit.

Attention at the front desk was excellent - she was kind, attentive, informative. Room was large, two queen beds but plenty of walk-around space. Fully equipped as advertised. Coffemaker is a single serve Keurig using standard pods. Room was very clean, and was serviced daily, which was very nice (other hotels we've used only clean every other day). Bathroom has a walk-in shower that has doors with a great seal...no leakage onto the floor.] We'll definitely stay here again.

The room was big and had nice amenities. Bathroom was renovated and nice. Our bar sink didn't work had a note under construction. Staff was friendly and took care of all needs. The two biggest issues we had was the bed was like sleeping on a rock and air conditioner did not cool room enough. Only went to 66 degrees and half the room was very warm.

Front desk made me wait until 3pm to check in. I came in at 1:15pm trying to do an early check in, then was asked to come back at 3:00pm that was the time of check in. After waiting 1.5 hrs in the car I came back at 2:30pm just to see it if I could check in and the lady made me wait. She checked in another 3 people in front of me. Just ridiculous. I’m also a IHG member, in which i will definitely reconsider next time when booking hotels. Hotel is on the older side, but good to spend a night.

Room was not taken care of between days and they did not even give us clean towels, we had to go to desk and ask for them. They did not result coffee cups either so we again had to go to front desk to get them. Not very good service for $244 a night.

Holiday Inn Express hotels generally perform as expected. What made this particular hotel stand out was the efforts of the lady at the desk the night we stayed. The Olympics were on, and I really wanted to see All Around women’s Gymnastics competition. Unfortunately our tv was unwatchable. I went to the desk, and the employee said she’d come to our room as soon as she checked in some late arrivals. There was something wrong with the wire connecting to cable. She could not fix it, but offered to move us to another room. She checked that tv before we moved. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She wins my medal for best all around employee!

The new carpet install made my stay very uncomfortable. Staff offered mask to mitigate the effect of the chemical smell. The tongs on the breakfast food lay on top of the food so any germs on guests hands using said tongs lay on food.
