Always a pleasure staying here. The kids love the gigantic, heated pool and comfy beds. It’s a shame that their restaurant closed down, the food was delicious. Hopefully they’ll revisit this idea in the future. If you ever find yourself in Lancaster county, you’ve got to stay here.

I have stayed here several times and for the most part enjoyed staying here. The complimentary breakfast is always good, the fitness center is ok. The only negative thing is again the hot tub ( water not really hot at all).

From the start to finish of our anniversary get away it was superb! We were allowed to check in two hours early. The pool and hot tub area was clean well maintained. The room, which had a hot tub in it ws clean, smelled wonderful and the bed was comfy. There is a restaurant and bar there and other recreation things for kids. Across the street (five minute walk) is an adorable little shopping area (goto Waltz wine barn). All in all they get two 👍 👍 up! Special note....the lady who checked us in Thursday, August 7th at 2pm and checked us out the next day is a gem! Such a bubbly personality. Give that lady a raise!

This is a great little hotel. Very clean. Cute lobby with sundries. Spa attached. Custom coffee available in lobby. Super free continental breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub area open late. Highly recommend if you are staying in the greater Lancaster area.

Hotel was nice. Pool could have been a little cleaner. There was hair floating around the first day. They had tons of towels by the pool which was nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They even went as far as folding our kids blankets when they made the bed. Staff was great!! Family friendly for sure! Parking was easy and convient.

The chlorine levels in the pool were exorbitent. My son became ill and threw up. We all have rashes. Multiple people complained to the front desk that their bathing suits got bleached. Three long showers later and we all stink of chlorine. Will never stay here again.

I would stay again if needed. Cute building with lots of character, easy check in, decent pool. Everything was fine, except the pullout couch was bent so it was hard to pull out and put back in, and the mattress on the pull out was not very comfortable. We had a family room for 8 and there was only one very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for all 8. Breakfast options were decent your basic hotel type breakfast. Staff was Very friendly. Did find 2 bugs in the room though and there was trash under the couch.

Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay. The only issue I have and it's a big one. Is that they need new sheets and towels or invest in better cleaning supplies. One of the mattress sheets had old dried blood on it. The towels were dingy

Our stay was comfortable, but we had to switch rooms as our original room reeked of mold and mildew. I have a compromised immune system from cancer, so could not stay in that room. The only available alternative was a king suite that we had to pay an additional $500 dollars for. We should not have had to pay for an upgrade when the conditions in the room were the hotel’s responsibility.

We had a great one night stay at Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites. The beds were super comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The warm breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and had plenty of options. My family and I will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!

This is a truly immaculate property. One of the cleanest, and best cared for port hotels I have stayed in in many years. Probably has something to do with the typically older clientele. Intercourse is a very cute, walkable village with lots of shops featuring locally made Amish wares. The only thing that could have been better were the eating options. Everything within the village seems to close by five or 6 PM at the latest. But that’s OK, many options within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The hotel does have a restaurant with a pretty limited but perfectly acceptable menu. The whole town appears to be alcohol free as well.

Best Westerns are always modest/low key but this one had a "rustic flair" very well maintained. It was very clean, the staff were lovely. Nice fitness center and pool and the included breakfast was unusually broad and good. I'd recommend it highly for anyone in that part of Pennsylvania. Very good value for the money!

The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact after my husband and I checked out and we were putting our bags in the car, the woman from the front desk came over to us to give me my jacket and sweater that I had left in the room. I thought that was so nice. Also, the room was very clean and I liked that we had a balcony.

The hotel/ room was clean and smelled great, the staff was friendly and so helpful, this is one of the cleanest hotels that we have been to in a long time that is very well run and maintained by the staff that was working there at the time we went there thank you for the experience and for making us feel at home away from home. The complementary breakfast was so good and it was actually really solid food, (good job team well done). We will be coming back in the future for sure.

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Its my new place to stay when visiting Lancaster area. The suite was large and very clean. The only problem was the slow draining bath tub, I am sure that can be easily rectified.

Wonderful hotel and priced right. Great staff, clean hotel. Location is very close to Kitchen Kettle. Loved our stay and would definitely return again. If I had to list a flaw, it would be the wifi. It was very inconsistent during our stay.

Very nice room, but not worth what I paid for it (I've had nicer rooms for half the price), and the TV service was terrible, no channel guide (printed or on screen), crappy universal remote. Had no idea what was available unless you went to each channel one at a time. The room has plenty of lights, but each one had to be turned on or off manually, there was no switch on the wall except for the entry way and bathroom.

Upon check in, we were not told anything! It was all a huge mystery… like…Where and when is breakfast? What are the hours of the pool? The property is very nice, but the parking is not really great. That was probably my biggest issue. Of course we were traveling with 2 with cane/cast and another with a w/c scooter. Really felt the lack of adequate handicapped parking spots. Room was pretty small for housing 6 plus people as was advertised it could accommodate. Breakfast was basic but good, with hot and cold foods. Pretty crowded depending on the time you went. I’ve stayed in far worse places. I think the biggest improvement would be front desk communication, including the hotel policy on cleaning your room (or not) during a multi night stay as well as the aforementioned mysteries. Still deciding if we will return to this property during our semi annual Lancaster trips….

I liked how clean and quiet it was the hot tub was the best part the free breakfast was great. What I didnt like was the part when I was trying to make a cup of coffee in my room and the coffeemaker just popped open the coffee pod and exploded all over my arm and my sisters we called to get help and The person that came to help was more worried about the coffee maker then us getting burned until we had to ask him to please get us some burn cream and the second situation was my sisters and I were sitting by the hot tub enjoying our time and one of the employess of the hotel came up to us and said That he was told we were making too much noise the night before when the actual truth was I was woken up at 5:30 in the morning from the room next door to me putting on their tv to the highest volume and talking very loud and slamming door several times we felt very upset nto be blamed for something just not right or professional to blame without knowing who it was. We spoke to manager at checkout and were given $100 off We should have been given a free night for these 2 issues.

Everything was great, check in and out so easy. Nice clean room. Pool and hot tub was a highlight. Breakfast was excellent. Fanny was great. And Gary was the best. So helpful and friendly. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Will definatly stay again.

Kristopher, at the front desk, was always extremely helpful and friendly. He provided the best service when compared to the others who were assigned there. He always greeted us and smiled. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Although the breakfast was free and included, I did have some folks with basic dairy allergies, and there weren’t many choices. For example, it was only animal milk and no almond milk. This is almost a necessity to have at this point in time. Additionally, only pork products when some of my folks don’t eat pork for health reasons. All in all I would say again if I was coming to the area.

Lovely property! For a chain hotel, it has a very personal and local feel. Very friendly staff. Great spa. The outdoor firepit is a great touch! Very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good for a BW property. Our only negative about the property is the dinner dining. It was functional, but slow and with limited menu options. The dining room was almost completely empty for the entirety of our meal, which is why they likely don't invest much energy and resources into it. Again, if you want a functional, quiet meal without leaving property, it will work; however, if you are looking for a dinner dining experience, I would leave property.
