My brother and I were in the area visiting our nephew at his college. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Belle Vernon. The grounds were clean and well-kept. There was adequate parking with a Walmart just across the parking lot. Fast-food restaurants were in walking distance. The lobby was quiet, neat and orderly. The staff were pleasant and attentive. Our room was clean, climate controlled and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We picked that hotel for the pool and it wasn’t even open. The beds were hard and the breakfast was low quality. They also haven’t updated the fact that the king rooms do not have sofa beds anymore so I had to switch rooms to a double queen. My keys got turned off the next day and had to get them replaced because they still had me in the other room. Don’t understand that when I literally used the key and slept in there the night before. Other than those few things, the stay was good for a quick trip into a small town. They had all of the bathroom things you would need and it was pretty clean.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean, but when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed indefinitely and the day before we checked out they decided to paint the area under the portico making entrance and exit using the front sliding doors inaccessible. We were forced to park in the rear of the hotel and had a very difficult time loading our vehicle when we checked out.

Our room was not fully cleaned. Used water bottles left in the night stand, bed looked like it had been laid on and made us feel uneasy. We went to bed and soemone knocked on the door at 3:00 AM and was surprised to see someone he didn’t recognize in the room and muttered a nervous “oh sorry”. When we went to shower in the AM the soaps in the bathroom were all used and there was water in the shower door like someone had just showered. We didn’t see that when we checked in.

Several of us came in from West Virginia for our annual meeting and these guys accommodated us with absolutely no problem at all the staff was amazing the rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable they offered a breakfast each morning I have not one complaint about our weekend .

Property was quiet and food was decent. Overall pretty clean. No hairdryer in room, plug by bed had no cover on it, and door was really difficult to open. 18yo Son had to ram it with his shoulder 3x to get it open. Got text at 11:30pm asking how we liked the hotel, which was really annoying.

Last minute decision to drive my daughter and friend to a concert at Acrisure Stadium. Hotels close were way too much so I looked further out. I’ve always loved Hampton Inn, and this stay did not disappoint! Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, a TV remote that works, and a super friendly staff! I especially enjoyed Monica, the breakfast attendant. She was so nice to everyone, including two young girls who needed assistance. The food was amazing as well!

Front desk staff was rude. Wouldn’t bring us a twin rollaway for my son stated room was to small. Which it was not. Hotel room could use some deep cleaning but was clean in the parts you could see. Rude service ruined our overnight stay

The property double booked our room and we had no where to stay. The entire town was booked up. We ended up having to stay 45 minutes away. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman working the counter handed us her personal cell phone. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Hotels.com was great, however and got our money back for us.

We checked in on 25 December and were assigned a room with no heat, needless to say it was a very cold nigh. The next day we transferred to another room with no help in moving to the other room. I feel that I should have been compensated for being in a frigid room. Jessica, the manager said we made one mistake, in fact they made two—why would you rent a room with no heat and not immediately transfer us to another room. The only people that engaged us at all was receptionist and Monica, the lady that sets up the breakfast room. Will have to consider other lodging on our next trip North.
