The hotel property and the staff were fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. That being said there were stains on the carpet on the couch and on the bed. We would definitely stay here again. Even with the stains.

This is my go to hotel in Beaverton, and has been for 15 years. The breakfast is amazing. The happy hour is a LOVELY addition. It is a great place for a girls weekend where you want to stay in and chat, plus a little shopping. The front desk staff had ZERO enthusiasm which put me off when I checked in this time, same at check out. First time I have had to pay for parking there. There's PLENTY of parking so not sure why payment needed.

We have been staying at various Embassy Suites hotels and we love the staff, happy hours and hot breakfast. This time we booked several hotels including this one and hope the same services. However it wasn’t as we expected. Checking in with no proper greeting, soft spoken, no eye contact always on the screen after 2 swipes on my card and I was told, you are done! No info about the room, WiFi or breakfast hours or parking fees. I need to ask for more info myself. After a long drive when I got ready to take shower, the whole bottle of soap was empty as they forgot to refill before giving us the room.My husband called twice (30 min wait), no one showed up even though they agreed to bring it to our room. Finally my husband went down to the front and they said the staff was taking a break and no other staff available !! He requested to speak to a manager and turned out the front desk staff was the manager. So disappointed! Not sure if we want to choose Embassy Suites again.

The bed was sagging, and the toilet flush button was also a little difficult to use. The breakfast was also not as good as the omelets we’ve had at other Embassy locations. Also, the check-out time was 12:00 p.m., but housekeeping came to our room around 11:30. When I told them that we would be checking out at 12, they didn’t seem very happy about it, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was also surprised that the lobby didn’t have coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, which are usually available at other hotels. My kids especially love having hot chocolate after swimming, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t available. Overall, there were several little things that made this stay less enjoyable. Compared to other Embassy hotels we’ve stayed at, this location seemed to be lacking in several areas.
