Good location but quite shabby and dated inside. Old carpets, the shower plumbing was old and it was difficult to get the shower temperature right

The staff was kind and helpful, however, our room was very dated, noisy, and very dusty with old bed skirts with holes in them and one of two of the comforters had several small stains.

Valet service was excellent, and the check-in/check-out staff were friendly. The room with two queen beds was clean and comfortable but very basic. The biggest disappointment was the hotel itself. The online photos make it look grand, but inside it felt like little more than a small lobby leading to the elevators. The bar area was closed during my stay on the Friday before the OU/Texas game, which was surprising on such a busy weekend. Check out the cleanliness, NOT, of my window to view outside. The location is fantastic, with a food hall, convenience store, and DART station all within walking distance. Overall, the location was the highlight, while the hotel itself didn't offer much that stood out.

The hotel itself is great, the rooms are large and spacious, have everything you need. The valet team was great; they were super friendly and attentive during our stay. The amenities i thought were missing was there is no onsite food/breakfast, no onsite bar. There is a physical one on the 2nd floor, but they don't use it. So, you do miss out on onsite items that would be nice to have.
