I purposely stay at an Embassy when I travel especially to this Texas one 4 elevators 3 down on my overnight trip It was extremely hot at check in couldn’t enjoy the managers special since too hot and could not believe the hassle of one elevator working and then while eating that elevator went down and everyone forced to use elevator on other side now including housekeeping who had to wait and wait for guest to all pile on to single running elevator The exercise room could only handle treadmill for less than 5 no air no fan very very disappointed in this embassy chosen always for its location had to go eat in my room since IT WAS COLD in there thankfully

The rooms were clean, but the ac didn’t not work in my suite, the elevators did not work half of the time. The hotel needs to be remodeled big time. Pool needs to be upgraded as well. Parking garage needs to be cleaned out and painted. They need more working staff available.

Staff seems to be really nice, not sure if it was a one off but I woke up to flea bites all over my ankles, I looked in the bed and saw multiple fleas in our bed. I spoke with the manager and he said he would email me with some points for another stay, however it has been 3 days now with no updates/ follow ups - called and had to leave a voicemail
