Wouldn’t let up drop our bags before check-in time without paying a fee. Room smelled like poop when we walking in. Specifically booked here because they had a hot tub, did get to use it on first night and it was broken n second night, major disappointment, they did nothing to make it right. Breakfast food didn’t even look like human food, all washed out and flavorless, sausage was swimming in grease, eggs were bland. Looked like someone’s dog dribbled down the hallway and down the stairs on the way outside. And don’t park under the trees in parking lot, they drip sap all over your vehicle. Again they didn’t seem to give a rip and made no effort to make it right, will never go back!

The place is dated but clean. The breakfast was as like most "breakfast included" places...nothing to write home about, limited but okay. The only real rub came in trying to get to it from the north. GPS says turn here, but it is now a divided highway at freeway speeds and I had to drive past and make a u turn in fast traffic (turn lane available) and backtrack. There is a back way in from the north but it is not marked, so another u turn. They need some signage pointing the turn out that is a few blocks before the property. Otherwise, you get what you pay for here. Okay for a budget traveler.

The hotel was rundown and in a sparse area north of town, but since I'm not that picky I found it to be an OK place to stay for a quick weekend in Bend. The view was fantastic though, it was quiet and the bed was super comfortable! If you don't need fancy and don't want to deal with a lot of traffic, this is a decent place to stay. Hotel staff was nice and the included buffet breakfast is always appreciated and the choices were actually pretty good!

$20. Extra fee for each hour you were early. $30 extra if you weren't out before 11:00. Kind of annoying. Check out was usually at 11. Maybe a result of arriving early ... Breakfast was nice. Biscuits fresh and fluffy. Bedspread a bit worn. We thought there was something on it at first. Just wearing out. We did enjoy the mountain view . Staff was very polite .

Room was clean, However the front desk clerk could of been a little more friendlier and smiled a little as well as spoke up a little bit louder and more clearly.
