Had a lovely time here after Thansgiving for the weekend. The property is clean and staff very friendly. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, and a heated pool open daily. It is indoor/outdoor, so I had the unique experience of floating outside downtown on the 3rd story rooftop in a heated pool in 40 degree weather. Refreshing, will stay again just for this.

Great hotel right in the middle of the city. Staff was friendly and the room was nice. They have a free shuttle that will take you around town a certain distance. They took me to the Drillers game and picked me up at 1am from a bar.

This is your typcial hotel/conference center. The coffee shop was great! All in all a solid hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The downfall is lack of signage and confusing parking. Since it is a conference center there needs to be better signs directing you to check in and elevators, etc. The staff did not offer any directions such as where elevators were, how to get to room, etc. Additionally we paid for parking but then it wasn't explained where the parking was and it is a public lot with no signs explaining it is the hotel parking. We had to drive around the block once. After entering THEN you see a sign stating it's for the HYATT among others. Frustrating!

The property was clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The one item that I would point out is the parking garage would only fit vehicles with a max height of 6 ft 6”. My husband is 6ft 3” so parking our Ford F350 could not be achieved. We had to park across the street and with being in a city we had not been before made us a bit nervous. We loved that we could bring our dog, which is important for us which is the main reason for choosing this hotel. Overall we were happy with our visit and would stay at the Hyatt in Tulsa again.

Overall, the stay was ok. The location is excellent to get to many of the downtown locations by walking (or scooter rental). Our room was clean. The housekeeping staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel! The downsides were a little surprising for a hotel of this price and reputation. There were several places throughout the hotel and parking deck that leaked during the heavy storm that occurred during our stay. One of the leaks was around the window seal at the end of our hallway just outside our door. Another issue, probably related to the leaks, was that at certain points in the hallway there was an odor of mold/mildew. One of the nightstand lamps in the room was broken to the point it didn't even stand up straight (the picture doesn't do it justice because I partially straightened it). Finally, and this more personal preference admittedly, our bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were incredibly thin/worn and unsupportive.

The fire alarm activated at 12:40 am. And we were required to exit the building via stairway. Fortunately, there was no fire but manager advised they had been having problems with the system. This was very disruptive to sleep. Also, the tv remote did not work. The off button on the tv would not shut off tv. Finally, had to unplug it. There was one usb plug in the room whereas many updated hotels have multiple usb plugs.

Hotel sold and dated. Looks like no updating happing and poorly maintained. Hotel entrance was dirty and rugs etc were very worn. Still has old carpet in rooms and furniture was very dated. Gym didn’t even have a mat and equipment old and dated. Poor area was terrible.

The hotel service was great! The rooms were roomy but the noises that echos throughout the floor made the stay awful. The doors were not sealed very well and had a big gap at the bottom. This made the noises from the hallway, people walking by and other doors closing, echo into our room like the door was open. They had quiet hours for the floor but I think other families had issues getting their kids to bed and were making noises until 10:30-11.

The "free" wifi was terrible in my room, very slow and I could not connect easily. The fans somewhere went on every 20 seconds. The room offered no free water (and the mini bar was completely empty). It was a basic room - bathroom a bit outdated. Overall, not the quality of Hyatt I had expected.

Its a beautiful Hotel but my room stayed at 70°,and it was 100 outside so I kept waking up from being hot. I would have like to have had a microwave in the room. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Was fine, but an incident after I checked in was concerning. I came back from going to my car after I took my luggage up and my key didn’t work, and as I went back down the hall I noticed someone come from my room. We both went downstairs and found that he had been given my room. That is incredibly dangerous for folks and can lead to stolen property. I don’t know how that could have happened but it was very concerning.

Was planning on self parking but I could t figure out where entrance for self parking was so I drove around the block and decided I’d just valet park. I pulled up in front of the valet stand where two workers were standing talking to one another. We got out of my vehicle and walked up to them where they continued talking and never acknowledged us. I finally said excuse me could you please tell me where to self park because I thought maybe I was mistaken on them being valet employees. One of them told me where to self park as someone else came up and gave them their keys to park their car. We walked into hotel after parking a group of employees hanging around a desk area - no greeting or asking us if we needed any help locating check in desk which was located upstairs. Both these experiences definitely didn’t start out well with me. I will say I liked the location which was convenient walking distance to the BOK center and restaurants and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was really nice and easy to find. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had an issue with the parking but Valene fixed it and even credited us for the expense. The rooms were clean and comfy, I just wish the refrigerator worked better. I would definitely return on my next trip.

The front desk was SO accommodating. I was supposed to check in on a Sunday evening, but due to my flights being delayed and not arriving until early the next day Monday, the hotel staff helped me by changing my reservation at no additional cost and allowing me to check in at 9am, allowing me to stay in the room until my return flight later that afternoon, ensuring I was in a room away from elevators so I could have some restful sleep, notifying housekeeping not to disturb the room, and giving me free access to the 15th floor regency club where I was able to get free snacks and Starbucks coffee, all to “make my day a little brighter”. I’ve never gone through the trouble of submitting a review on Expedia for anywhere (and I travel A LOT) but this hotel absolutely deserved it. Thank you hotel staff, for truly making my day better and giving me the best stay possible.

Overall, the stay was fine. The restaurant accommodated me and my dog which was appreciated. The servers there went above and beyond, two guys took care of us, Nick and ? I do think there’s some training opportunity to have a beer and wine list because when I asked what beers were on draft he said just ask him and I did and he has to go check. Then the part that really disappointed me was when I went to check out, no one was at the desk and I wanted to ask about a shuttle. I went out front and no one was there so I called an Uber which was about a 15 min wait. During that time, a Hyatt van pulled in so I asked the driver if this was the shuttle to the airport. He said yeah the next one is at 545, it was about 515 at this time and I said ok well I need to go now. So he said he could take me but proceeded to take his time and not take me and the the Uber showed up so I just took that. It was very strange and just really annoying.

The fire alarm went off 3 times in the night. The staff had no idea what was going on and told us to ignore any further fire alarms. The person at the front counter was hung out to dry dealing with a whole building full of scared people. This issue happened over several hours and the general manager was no where in sight. No announcement was made to reassure the people. If it were my company, I would replace upper management for not sending more people to help deal with several hundred panicked people who were woken up from a dead sleep by a fire alarm.

Stayed here recently to attend an event at the BOK Center. Hotel was extremely close by and felt safe walking to and from, as well as the surrounding areas. Only issue which I did not find out until I arrived was my reservation for a King room was not honored due to availability, but the staff made up for it by automatically comping my self-park fee for my full stay without even having to ask. Would definitely consider staying again.

Amazing room, super clean. Elevator at the parking garage for the hotel didn’t work. When I booked the room it said they had a free breakfast but that was not an option offered when we checked in. Only a pretty pricey restaurant and a coffee shop.

The restaurant is overpriced and even with tables open they said they were reservation only. The parking sucks, on top of the price of the room they will charge you $100 per room for incidentals and then $21 a day for the parking garage. Thats an extra $200 for a 3 day stay. Breakfast is terrible and overpriced. Paid $40 for a stack of pancakes, 3 pieces of overcooked bacon and a cup of milk. Plus a $3 fee and then a tip for room service delivery. The worst is that this area is flooded with homeless people. You cant leave the hotel without someone begging for money

There was an evening during my stay where there was a false emergency alarm that continued to go off. We received a letter of apology through the night after they were able to get it under control. It was alarming, but outside of that the stay was great. Staff was accommodating, the facilities felt clean, and the room service and dining options were efficient and delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again should I visit Tulsa another time.

Overall, our stay was okay, but definitely had some room for improvement. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that when the club-level rooms were full, they moved us to another floor while still keeping our club-level amenities. They also offered to comp our parking, although the pass didn’t work when we tried to leave the garage. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise. There was a wedding/reception happening, and people were coming in and out of the halls and slamming doors pretty much all night. Our room door also had about a 1/4-inch gap along the bottom, which seemed to let every bit of hallway noise in. Between that and the wedding guests, I barely slept. The bed was also pretty firm and the pillows weren’t great. The club lounge was decent, but it was extremely hot while we were there. The staff definitely deserves credit because everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, the noise and lack of sleep made the overall stay just average for us.
