Comfort Suites Twinsburg

Bathroom floor planking was warped and misplaced. Shower floor edge looked like had mold. Shade on a lamp was torn. I hate to make a bad report on a hotel room but this room was not right. I did talk to desk clerk and she was helpful as were other staff I ran into. I give the staff 5 stars for friendliness but the room, 2 stars was best I would give it.

The room was beautiful and clean! Rooms were very quiet. Was in town for a concert at Blossom Music Center, during check-out, staff asked how the show was, which I thought was pretty cool. (Concert was amazing by the way!) Would definitely stay here again!

Stains on the couch (looked like they picked it up for FREE from the street.) Stains on the comforter. Stupid, tiny square pillows. Bed was ok. Tiny TV. Was a spill near/in the elevator with a “caution” easel still in the elevator the next day (not sure if someone actually cleaned it up), hinges on the bathroom door were so rusted was difficult to open the door. Total show of apathy by staff—do NOT recommend!

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was, without a doubt, one of the most unkempt, filthy, and rundown places I have ever encountered. The advertising was extremely misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the property. I only stayed because the hotel was recommended by the festival I attended that weekend, and unfortunately, I had very limited options once I arrived. From the moment I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy, and the sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean. There was hair in the bed, the shower was dirty and had visible mildew and mold, and the toilet was visibly dirty as well. The overall condition of the room made me extremely uncomfortable. I actually considered leaving, but because my options were limited, I decided to make the best of the situation. I ended up having to go to Walmart to purchase items to cover the bed, along with Clorox, Lysol, and other cleaning supplies so I could disinfect the areas I would have to touch and feel somewhat comfortable enough to stay. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel room and then have to purchase cleaning supplies and bedding covers just to feel comfortable enough to use the room. I understand that hotels can vary in age and appearance, but cleanliness should never be compromised. This was far beyond simply being an older or outdated property it was a matter of basic clea
