It was nice not bad at all a lot of parking space easy access to the building great staff

It is a decent place for the price vending machine didn't work no coffee maker in room the girl at the front desk was very helpful and polite

Second floor had A/C units setting at top of steps. Staff was very helpful.

I loved that I had a couch in my room and a fridge and a tub. But it had that over perfumed smell in corridors. Entering / leaving with baggage inconvenient since the doors would not stay open. Real plants in lobby, tho. Staff always available to help at front desk.

They had no smoking rooms on the first floor and no elevator. It was very difficult for disabled to get up to second floor. Would not put me on bottom floor because of pets.

Floors/carpets are filthy. Free entry into outside doors. They say "per friendly" but don't tell you there is an added fee until you check in. $15 per pet per night. Also a $50 deposit. And some permanent residents there. Better off spending a little more at a real hotel.

Site stated pet friendly, but they don't accept emotional support dogs as a service dog. They charged me an extra $15/dog for the stay. That information should have been listed. That brought my discounted room cost to just shy of $100. That is not discounted. At that rate, it could have been a lot cleaner and nicer. Fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room. Have to unplug one to use the third item.vBeds were soft but comfortable and clean. Lots of pillows with great feel. Shower curtain rod coming out of wall and tilting down, so curtain wouldn't stay shut, but the shower head was nice and it was a great shower. Supposed to be a kid-friendly place, but the sink water handles are hooked up backward from the norm and not labeled. Air conditioning works, probably too well since it wouldn't adjust. Chair in room had grime stains on the arms, and the carpet was stained. Everything else was good. Hopefully the breakfast will be decent! It would be nice if they kept it up later. It's only open 6am-9am, but check out is 11am. Staying open until 10am would even be helpful.

Easy to get to off of the interstate. Well lit parking lot for safety. Halls were quiet through the night.

Microwave was full of roaches. Reported it to front desk and provided a picture. Was told it would be reported to manager. *crickets chirping*

Below standard is my original thoughts. Location is off the highway and easy to get to. I am not sure if the location has some kind of program for people on low income but there are people staying at the hotel that are not guests. Front desk gentleman was great. Made me feel comfortable with all of the cameras and security around the hotel. Condition of the rooms and hotel are not very good. Pet friendly was the only real benefit for us. Seems priced high for the what you are getting. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.

The hotel is VERY dirty and rundown. The walls, toilets, carpet, windows, restroom, breakfast area, doors, tub, mirrors, and sinks all show the lack of thorough cleaning that takes place. The trash cans even are filthy. We needed a place just to crash for the night, while coming through. The price was okay, but even the clerk complained that the price that I was given on HOTELS.com was too low and inaccurate. The breakfast area was filthy. It looked as if they just close the door after everyone has left out, and shut off the lights. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The microwave was filthy on the inside. Counters were disgusting. Tables were dirty. I went in the lobby restroom to wash my hands and was instantly repulsed by how filthy it was. The mirror looked like it had grime on it since the hotel was first built. The toilet had all kind of Pee and gunk on the seat and base. The handicap bar was nasty. Overall, the hotel should be shut down and remodeled. Or, at least given a VERY deep clean. They act as if they are rushing you to check out, so they can clean the rooms. Yet, they are very dirty. Someone even burst in our room 2 hours before checkout. We had to shout to the top of our lungs that we were still in the room. He didn’t even apologize. We had the option to stay another night, but we quickly chose to go somewhere else!

Check in gentleman silent and unwelcoming, acted like we were an inconvenience. Room smelled like a musty basement and/or mold. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling & tub, bathroom fan didn't work. They didn't even clean the wall mirror. Tattered & ripped window curtains. Microwave didn't work... and breakfast was the most limited I've ever seen: banana, toast, frosted flakes, raisin bran, or waffle. That's ALL! No other fruit, no bagels or muffins, no eggs or even yogurt! And it's across the street from a gentlemen's club!

Message on reservation stated need room on 1st floor or by elevator due to mobilty-only availabe on 2nd floor-stairs-kept room, as it was to have recliner-needed to sleep in-there was a hard pull out sofa bed, no foot stool, opened refridgerator, cockroach crawling around. Toilet runnung, wouldnt flush, finally able to flush and push up hard on handle to stop running-bathroom fan klunking-roach in bathroom during nite-byrn mark on mattress (stripped bed looking for bed bugs)-Not eatinf food prepared in building infested with roaches. Mattress lumpy. Owners have to be aware of roaches, on reviews-just not recently

The carpet was sticky, the chair was so badly stained it looked like someone sat there and urinated on it and there was black mold all around the seam in the shower and sink. Sink had a wad of hair in the black molded drain! Came back from a funeral and 3 guys are smoking pot at the entrance!!! 28 years as a USN deep sea diver and 20+ in government and this was the worst experience I have ever had!!!

We were on the ground floor and it rained and out vent in the ceiling in the bathroom leaked very badly. The floor flooded. Went to tell the desk and they gave us towels to soak up the water. While walking down the hall there were lots of places where water was running town the walls and places that had been puttied over and painted where it leaked before. Also the room was missing the hair dryer and the dirty carpet had stains all over it.

Also, my card was charged for the full amount of the hotel before checkout not OK.

Definitely will not select this location again if back in the area! On the positive side the staff was very cooperative and tried to help the situation. Moldy bathroom, dirty carpet, no shower caps, no teabags, back door unlocked

Bed was dirty, carpet looked like it has never been cleaned. Roaches in the fridge. AC was poor. Guests playing loud music in the parking lot until late hours of the night. Terrible experience. Skip!

Room was dated, very small Bath, thin walls the guy's snoring in the room next door kept my wife awake.

The rooms could definitely use an update

The room across from us had small dogs that continuously barked. The room next to us has lots of kids making noise, yelling and slamming doors. Likely would not stay again.

It was okay. The room had a musty smell and the bed was SUPER SOFT. I need a very firm mattress to feel comfortable

Microwave didn't work, tv only received 1/3 of the channels it was supposed to, had to hold down handle on toilet to get it to flush, morning desk staff on April 17th vert rude.

The check in was fast and friendly. The room and condition of the hotel were bad. It was on the dirty side and the wall in the shower was falling down. This place needs some help.

I stayed one night with other people and we liked it! It wasn't the tidiest; our window had a huge crack, our mini fridge was broken, and the furniture was stained, but that wasn't a huge issue since we only stayed one night. The woman at the front desk was really sweet :) and the beds were comfortable.

All bathroom and refrigerator and microwave need to be renewed.

The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely awesome! The hotel itself is in good condition for the price and was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The halls and rooms are clean and quiet. TVs are large and they have many pay channels like HBO and MAX. Day staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help with questions about the area. Nightshift guy is rude and undfriendly and doesn't want to be disturbed, so hit up the day staff with questions before he comes on duty.

It was very convenient for the visit I had to make. Staff very friendly. Room very quiet. Bathroom could use some maintenance, but everything worked well. Only real complaint was being unable to operate the spectrum tv remote successfully.

Front desk upon arrival around 11p Apr 9 Tues evening was probably the worst I've ever experienced. No greeting, or hello...just immediately said what the deposit requirements were and how he didn't even get a chance to count drawers yet, he just walked in before I had arrived as well. Demeanor was as if I had annoyed him and disturbed his evening. He gave information, processed the transaction but like an agitated robot. Won't ever use that one again especially since there was a weird order in the room and the wallpaper falling off in the shower, possibly mold. I only tolerated it because it was late and only 1 night.

This is the greatest place in the world if you want to wake up at 12 o'clock in the morning feeling hypodermic needles underneath your bed dressings woke up about midnight adjusting my pillow and felt something under bed dressing.. and something sharp gracing my hand. I uncovered and discovered 3 hypodermic needles BTW i thank my my master. I wasnt stuck. I called management they said there was nothing they could do until 9 AM ,except switch me rooms they refused to call the police .So I had the police come in and make like a full report I want a REFUND at a minimum.. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DONT STAY HERE, MY Babies are 25 and 28..they SHOULD thank there creator..im just a old contrustion worker travelING MAN alone like iV done half my life..this even tops the 2 inch silver wing roaches in Maryland. For what ever reason this site will not allow me to post photos..its public record at Miami Valley police department.

terrible experience, because of an unruly person in the room right across from mine.. 4 and 1/2 hours of the person yelling and trying to enter other rooms and causing a very uncomfortable unhappy stay. finally the police show up to escort the person off the property at 9am. 2 hours later at 11am precisely the front desk was calling informing me it's check out time. after explaining what had happened and I asked for a late check out and they unwillingly gave an hour late check out.. after having my stay ruined I would think that more time than 1 hour should have been compensated. very unhappy with this situation and angry at the staff for allowing that to happen.

In its class as an economy motel, we were pleased. I liked that the room was decorated in earth tones with big photos of Ohio scenes. The continental breakfast was adequate but below average with waffles, two choices of cereal, two choices of bread, bananas, o.j, milk, and coffee. The staff was attentive and cordial. The location was near lots of restaurants and the Dayton Mall, and I-75 is easily accessible. All in all, good value.

Not very clean - walls & carpets stained. Shower walls a bit moldy. Lost cable service after an internal power surge the evening we checked in. Was convenient on a long road trip, safe area.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked through Hotels.com, Mold in refrigerator, on outside of refrigerator. The breakfast was a joke, waffle batter even was runny, dirty food area, nothing stocked.

When we reserved our room and got to the property, the room was not cleaned so they downgraded us to a 2 double bed room, which we originally had a king bed room. The breakfast was not edible since the cold stuff wasnt kept at the right temperature and would have gotten us sick, along with the hot food not being at the correct temp. I would never book at this hotel ever again.

The price was okay for the shape of the facility. Needed some updating paint was not good but that's neither here nor there. The breakfast was awful there was it was not clean it was not well stocked and the it was good for a one night stay traveling
