I guess the saying is “ you get what you paid for” . This hotel has been an unpleasant experience to say the least. I would admit that the staff is ok and very accommodating to my needs but to communicate with them over the phone at the front desk was difficult. The interference with the lines was incredibly loud and almost impossible to understand them to have them answer any kind of question. The hotel room was unpleasant with the smell being the first thing you notice. It had an odor of mold of sorts in which we had to open the windows. Second thing we noticed was what looked like bugs that had been splattered on the ceiling from shoes , wallpaper peeling off in spots, water marks in areas and stains all over the carpet. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and sank in , and within an hour of being there the power went out. The shower had shampoo and conditioner that didn’t feel like it cleaned you one bit and there was no soap. Between the pool and the shower I had to moisturizer to feel like I wasn’t a dried out raisin and the ac unit made a terrorizing sound (almost like a shifter out of place when changing gears) every time it turned on. During breakfast the food ran out by the time we got downstairs and the last few sausages that were left were hard as rocks. After waiting for new food it tasted ok but the eggs were powdered. We were staying two nights but after the first night we took the loss and packed up to drive to another location.

Stayed one night and the hotel was ok. The carpets were worn and well past their prime. But my biggest gripe was that they turn the electronic keys off at 10:30am even though checkout is 11:00am. Makes it kind of hard to make a couple of trips to the car when the room key doesn’t work anymore. I had to go to the desk to get it turned back on. Not a fan of that little management nudge….

The whole hotel is so outdated. The elevator sounds and feels questionable. The hallway on the 3rd floor had an odor and there are stains all over the carpet. Our room also had an odor. Light coming through the door outlining edge during sleep hours. The toilet! OMG... shaking on the wall and a flush like a space shuttle take off.. Loud and shocking.. No tissues in the holder. The television is small. The bed well used with a middle swallow. Pillows are never good in hotels. The breakfast! IDK how anyone ate it. The eggs were mush. The bacon barely cooked. The worst breakfast 've seen in all my travels. I did not eat there my second day and I threw out the eggs the first day. Please,,, please,, do better.

I don’t do elevators so always take the stairs. Stairwell was infested with bees. Way more than I could deal with since I’m allergic. Room was dirty. Floors, bathroom door and shower floor was peeling. Entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting.
