Needs remodeling. My first room had a tv from the 90s. I switched and it was better. Beds are ok but need more blankets. Coffee machine but no coffee. No ice machines.

Clean, spacious room with a kitchen. Ice maker in fridge only worked sporadically and there was no other ice available in hotel. No breakfast…I would definitely stay there again (P.S. They ask for a rather large deposit of $300. Most of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at)

Ok hotel nothing fancy but everything was clean and staff were friendly. They did have a sign at check in that it’s a $300 deposit hold for any accidents/damages which I feel like is a lot of money to have taken out of you’re account but it was refunded fairly quickly the next day in the afternoon. Overall hotel was fine for what I needed, just one night and it cost a lot less than other hotels in the area.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. My room on the 3rd floor facing the back was also quieter than I expected - except for the occasional train, which was no problem. Temperature control worked great. It was very helpful having a kitchen - though the coffee pot was a little worse for the wear. I liked the large bathroom and water temp and pressure were good. It was also especially nice have free laundry, a compact but serviceable workout room, a little shop that was easy to use to buy supplies. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. And though the property is a bit older and there are updates that could be made it was well kept and functioned. I was comfortable and relaxed for my extended stay and would book again. Great value.

This feels like a super budget hotel. No lobby and no restaurant. The bathroom had no amenities like cotton swabs or cotton balls. i worked out in the gym and it must have been more than 85 degrees in there.

It is a good experience as my other stay in Sonesta. The room is spacious, living room has a very large table. Laundry is free. Location has easy access to many restaurants.

There's a train that runs right behind.the property. The hallways and our room had a bad odor. The body wash pump was broken in room 331 and we reported it, but it was not fixed. I definitely will never stay at this property and probably not another Sonesta Simply Suites ever again.

My friend went into the room. The toilet did not flush properly and then she found 2 roaches She left immediately and they would not refund her stay. Tried to talk to manager and he "wasn't in yet" and later was "out to lunch". He never bothered to even call me (I was staying in a different room that had ants the next day and a broken tv)

The reception was quick and friendly. However, the room smelled of humidity and mold. After a 21-hour day, I was exhausted, but the smell was concerning. I do not recommend staying here.

No maids came in ever, we had to ask for linens, towels, toilet paper etc and then go pick it up at the desk. Was not very clean and the property was partially updated but chair was broken in our room and lights were rusted out. Needs attention.

The room was very clean and nice enough. The front desk staff was also lovely. The only problem was that the hallways had that nasty stale smell of weed... I don't understand why people would do that in the hallways.. or how it can't be controlled, but it definitely lowers the quality of the whole place.

The hotel was more than i expected . I wasnt sure about booking a room. Sometimes you pay for what you get,. This hotel was above and beyond what i have expected. Very clean and comfortable room. Easy parking. Nightly room price was totally reasonable.

My friend left her room because of roaches. The next AM I had ants everywhere. The TV in the bedroom could only get 1 channel. The decor is old, pretty dark and dingy. They only do housekeeping once a week.

No hot water for three days. Hot water would come in for a minute then change to cold or like warm. Complained. Explanation was they can’t control flow and if a lot of people use the shower at the same time that will happen. My key locked constantly deactivated. I had it reactivated and would go back to my room and it wouldn’t work. Happened countless times. Infuriating. WiFi was spotty and delayed. I checked out a day early and the company bit the bullet and swallowed a night. Had to get out of there. This is why I never book on hotels. Com but the people I work for do. Can’t do anything. Can’t get a refund. Biggest scam in travel.

Room was clean but obviously needs some serious updates. To the hotel's credit you could see some renovations were in progress and being done throughout the property. Strong suggestion they change the shower curtain set up so that the individuals using it don't feel claustrophobic while using it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable including ADA details surrounding service dogs. Would go back if updates were made to the place especially in the handicap room.

It is inexpensive for a reason. Televisions are from 1995 and very few channels. They use the soap dispensers on the wall and mine was empty. The room was clean and it's nice to have a suite. And it was affordable.

Hotel is clean and staff is very professional and hospitable. My only issue is with the HVAC system.... seems old and the room temp was difficult to control. But,... would definitely stay there again. I felt secure and the location was great for me as I was traveling from New England to Washington DC and this was a stop over point. For long term stays this is a great spot... the rooms are very large and the hotel provides all the amenities you need for a lengthy stay.

This place is good and roomy. Dont expect service. You have to ask for extra towels and vacuuming. We had bedroom suite for 11 nights and tv in living area only received one channel. They couldn’t replace or remove this tv. And didn’t have another suite available to move us too. Every was courteous and trying to accommodate us. But still no second tv.

They charged me 20 dollars because I was 2 hours early for check in and I asked them for consideration. Other hotels don’t charge, I had stayed at a Hampton Inn over the weekend and wasn’t charged for early check in.

The attendant was unhelpful and condescending at check in. The first room we were given had a window that was unable to close and the second had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close. We were charged for a night we didn’t stay to a booking error and when we asked for a courtesy refund they refused despite not having been sold out and nobody having stayed in the room. Would not recommend

We booked a room and they gave us Room-325. August 13. Wednesday. But a Big surprise at 11pm there was people opening Our door while we are sleeping. We called front desk and that Rep said I’m in wrong room (which I checked in at 3pm ) and he argue us back saying it’s ok you can stay and sleep, with a giggle laugh and he’s not even aware of Safety& inconveniences- what a Mistake was made scaring us by sending people trying to open our door in the middle of the night. It was a joke for him - the front desk didn’t even realize what a reckless mistake he made of customer safety and privacy… he thought I was Spanish and trying to give me a Spanish slank which was so rude. It is not only a review But it’s also a direct complaint to the management. Most scary unsafe experience ever

The front desk and manager were rude upon check in and check out. They said “you get what you get” when trying to ask for our rooms to either be near each other or at least on the same floor. They also charged my card when we already had spoken to them about getting a refund. Will not be staying here and will be fighting for the charges on my card once again.

On the following day I asked if they were going to clean the room. I was told by the staff and the regular worker that they clean the rooms once a week. The manager then told me that he had told me at check in. I told him that wasn’t correct. His staff then threw the policy at me. I told her I didn’t need it. They threatened to call the police on us. They told us to leave the property. We were onour way to an event. I called Expedia because I didn’t feel comfortable staying there not to mention concern about my belongings. I asked for clean towels I was told to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk then we can get fresh ones. I literately had to leave the hotel because of the stress not to mention uncomfortable

This property was pretty far away from the town center and was in need of an update/renovation. The place felt dingy but had some nice amenities like the appliance wall and the laundry. Felt like a place people might use as temporary lodging. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location right off the highway. Location also good for shopping and places to eat. Safe and quiet area and the cost was very reasonalable. The only drawback is on one side of the building is train tracks.Last time I was there, I did not know that.This time I asked for a room on the other side and I was accomodated. The front desk employees were friendly.

Sonesta is convenient. I like being able to get up make coffee , toast a bagel etc and not be rushed to go out to breakfast. Just wish they would provide more than 1 knife and 2 spoons. Luckily I brought plastic utensils with me. Overall Sonesta was a good choice. Had a 1 bedroom not studio and happy with accommodation

Price was the best in the area. It would have been good to include SOMETHING for breakfast. Even a muffin or a banana at the front desk on one’s way out! In the room with snacks for sale, there is also laundry soap for sale, and it stinks up the whole room. Very unappetizing to smell perfumey-soapy smell when looking at food. The soap should be placed in a clear plastic box with a lid if you want to keep it in that room.

It is the second time I stay at this property, it is very convenient for restaurants and HWY access because I travel for business and drive a lot around. I felt safe and room have kitchen for longer stays ( not on my case) bedroom comfy, good toiletries. Easy to park. Little market at lobby for snacks, water and coffee.
