DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely terrible hotel all around and not safe. Extremely unsanitary conditions and nasty property. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot there were homeless people all over, not fully dressed and hanging out near the entrance. One man even had a parrot on him and bags of garbage piled up. Another homeless man was peeing near the entrance and was walking into the lobby with his shopping cart. The staff at the front desk (Jeff) had no problem with any of it. When we entered the lobby it immediately smelled. Our room had mildew and other stains on the bed. A blood stain on the pillow case. Some type of dark sticky substance on the cabinet. The bathroom had black mold all over the shower and there was urine on the toilet seat. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk employee was no help and gave us a hard time and denied our refund initially. Until we made a big scene of it and called the NYS Dept of Health and had to complain to hotels.com they finally approved our refund. The general manager Jay would not even talk to us and we were told to email him… Jeff at the front desk was also terrible and did nothing but argue with us.

The clerk was very nice and helpful. In general we are happy with everything. It is a clean and good hotel with reasonable price. We liked it.

You know those movies that show serial killers living in grungy motels? That’s the vibe at this Super8. Avoid at all costs. They’ve bought some cheap new beds to make it look “modern” but don’t be fooled. This property hasn’t been properly maintained for years and it shows. Everything is loose and jiggly, windows are single pane glass from the 1960’s, peeling wallpaper, skeletons of past wall fixtures long removed leaving wall anchors and bad spackle jobs, filthy bathroom mirror that has visible black mold surrounding the frame, more black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, sticky floors throughout the room, etc. Even the parking lot is riddled with potholes with the faded Super8 sign as a backdrop for the perfect roach motel experience. Front desk guy was friendly.
