The staff was really nice and helpful. The room had a very distinct musty smell. The hallway and everything else not so much. But as soon as you entered the room it was a game changer. Had to buy a deodorizer and room spray. It still didn’t help. The furniture and the pillows were all ripped and torn. One of the pillows looked like it had blood stains on it. Another cushion looked like it had vomit stains on it. The ceiling in the bathroom look like it had a leak. The pool was broken. Partly why we booked so the kids could swim.

Do not stay here. No one working the front desk, the employee had left the hotel, and didn't notify anyone that she was leaving. We waited over an hour before the employee showed up, and that was after the general manager of the hotel chain was contacted. No one could get a hold of the missing employee or the owner. No explanation - no apology - no compensation. Then after getting into our room, we discovered a lot of black mold in and around the shower. We had to switch rooms. The missing employee was not fired and working the front desk when we checked out the next morning. Which took too much time since she was confused by the change of room numbers. The worst experience we've had with a hotel. Save yourself the annoyance of a poorly run hotel and stay someplace else.

The staff were friendly and responded to requests appropriately. Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition, the fridge didn’t work, the door didn’t lock, there were beer caps behind the furniture, trash inside the pull out couch bed, the faucet in the shower was loose exposing the copper piping. These concerns were brought to the attention of staff and I was able to get a different room at my request. The overall condition of the properly was disappointing but staff were able to address these concerns.
