Breakfast server was very nice and helpful. Not her fault, but breakfast is not what I’m used to in many other hotels. Rented a King suite and and what we got certainly didn’t look like the pictures. No hangers. Only two towels. Hot tub has low jet pressure. We won’t return to this hotel.

One issue Expedia list this property as having semi, bus and RV parking. It does not. I was able to park my rig across 5 spots because the excellent young lady at the front desk took the time to go look at the parking lot and moved her personal vehicle so I had room to park on property, with in the fence. The other option was on the street or a dirt lot a block away. The posting need updates on the parking and the front desk lady, I regret not getting her name) that was working on the evening of 24 July at 9pm needs a raise or a bonus

Perfect place to stopover on any trip going by. Clean and had everything we needed. Indoor pool and spa were very clean. Breakfast was a little skimpy but had all the essentials. Walmart, Home Depot and Hobby Lobby right next door! Pet friendly but it’s an additional 35$. Would stay again Would

Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and plenty of work area. The indoor pool area was nice with a hot tub. The breakfast was great with a hot food option with eggs, potatoes and sausage gravy/biscuits. Waffle area. Also all of the regular cold options available.

I picked this place for the hot tub and washing machine. The Hot Tub and pool was out of service and they told me to go to the Hilton next door and use their washer.

Good location. Stores close by and restaurants.Water was luke warm in the shower. Tub had no stopper. Pool and hot tub not in service. The indoor pool was was the reason I chose this location. Staff was friendly.

I want to start with a positive, good continental breakfast and very friendly woman staff there. The room; a bug in the bed (will attach pic), hairs on toilet, one towel with orange spots all over it, and remote for tv didn’t work correctly.

We check in to dirty sheets n blanket, like it was never change. Sheets had poop stain, blanket had blood stain n yellow stain all over it. Floor wasn't clean. Other then that it was ok.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The floor was dirty. The shower drained slowly and the bathtub was cracked. There is no sound barrier could hear the normal conversation going on next door and the people above us stomping around at all hours of the night.

Room was dated but comfortable. Could not split bill with my friend, which most hotels are able to do. Staff is friendly. Lots of highway noise. No elevator. Gallup is a railroad town so expect train noise wherever you do stay.

Spacious king room. AC unit was quiet aside from fan motor. No clinks or clanks as it cycled on and off. Shower flow very good. Comfortable bed. Pillows are small - like half size, but worked ok.

It’s a great location, but between the highway noise and the thin walls, you could hear showers turn on etc. Sounded like they were in your bathroom. Not restful. The front desk clerk was so friendly, she was the best part

The room was wonderful, would like to continue with the same exact room soon again, that was a very spacious room The only minor thing is the bed frame needs to be replaced, squeaking too much when I moved in bed, no hangers and no DnD sign for the door. Other than that I really enjoyed everything else, thank you

The room itself was fine. It was clean and had been freshly painted. We backed up to the neighboring Home Depot parking lot, where they blast music all night and flash blue lights to keep the homeless out of the parking lot. We were unable to sleep and wish we had known about how loud the music would be.

I was rather taken aback by the fact that all the room doors were exterior. When travelling alone, I purposely try to avoid these places because they typically are not as secure. The room was clean and it was quiet overall. There was some noise from being so close to the freeway, and the door was stubborn so I had to slam it to get it to close. I did arrive late, and the front desk did call my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but the breakfast attendant was polite and kept the items fresh and the breakfast room clean. While I am not sure I would want to stay for a multiple day stay because of the room door location, I would recommend a quick one night stop.

Had to walk upstairs to the 2nd. Floor with suitcase. Recent back surgery .No elevator. Horrible reception at front desk. Will never stay at that hotel. TV did not work. Front desk was no help.

Check in was smooth no hiccups or problems. I requested a ground level room and received a phone call right after booking the room, they we out of ground floor rooms. I took the 2nd floor room due to their speedy response to my request. The room was nice, could have been a bit cleaner. They had left a used bar of soap in the shower. Other than that it was pretty clean. No one mentioned anything about breakfast, when or where it was being served. No mention of the location of vending or ice machines. If I had to rate them on a 1(low) - 10(high) scale I would give them a 7. There’s always room for improvement, right?

We didn't stay the night due to safety concerns. The door did not lock even with the deadbolt activated the door can be opened! Upon notifying the front desk, he said he "would check it out" but did not offer us another room. So, we checked out and will not return.

Front desk lost my reservation. After three hours of settling into my room they again called and moved me to another room. After a long day, it not pleasant to have front desk continuously calling for information and having me go to the lobby multiple times. Room walls are thin and top bedding blankets are not clean.

Because of road construction and poor signage, even though it was right on I40. It took use 30 minutes to get back on I40 in the morning, we drove around forever tryig to get on the interstate, in either direction. Not helpful for a traveler. Also, kleenex box had two tissues the the box.

On a one way road trip! This was a nice place to stay for one night. Friendly staff, clean room and a clean extra large bathroom! Lots of space for a bathroom, which was a nice surprise! Breakfast good was good. Definitely do recommend the biscuits and gravy! The young lady that worked breakfast was very awesome and a great personality! When traveling again, I absolutely would stay here!!

Laid on my bed and I laid in a wade of gum on the comforter. Took a shower and only Luke warm water. Woke up and wanted breakfast and apparently the cook didn’t show up!! No more Quality Inn for me. Not much quality anymore !!!
