Days Inn by Wyndham Bernalillo

Overall great hotel with friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. Our only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were filthy! We do however believe (hopefully) that this was becasue of the 7 unruly children running around and making a mess in and around the pool, screaming so loud they could be heard down the hall.

Everything was great accept the parking

Breakfast definitely needs an upgrade, new food items, not just breakfast sandwiches, one of the staff members (older male) watches you like a hawk over breakfast items eaten. The jacuzzi is nice but needs to be fixed properly, it's extremely loud and the jets don't work well.

Quick last minute trip to get out of town and let the kids swim… very upset hot tub was broken freezing cold was told it would be fixed that following morning we let the kids swim that morning and it was still completely cold…. Our whole trip was about the kids swimming… the swimming pool was filthy and too cold to get it with no hot tub to warm up in… all in all frustrating hotels aren’t cheap I spent a lot of money to have a fun night with my family…

Great stay! Welcoming and professional staff. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and indoor pool/spa. The spa is an older model so the motor is loud. We just turned it off and enjoyed the hot water. Room was great and not much traffic noise — just thinner walls. We heard a loud child before he fell asleep and first thing when he woke up. We would definitely stay here again for the price, amazing staff, and convenience to nearby hiking trails, shopping, and restaurants.

Great spot that doesn't break the bank, friendly staff at the front desk, Travis is awesome. They have a continental breakfast that has the basics, plus breakfast sandwiches you can heat up yourself. Indoor pool, clean rooms, the only thing they lack is a gym w/ some weights in ti, they just have a treadmill/elliptical room, but other than that, highly recommend.

It was nice hot tub could have been hotter. Everything else was very good.!

Staff was friendly. The rooms were somewhat clean. TV did not work, shower handle was broken and kept falling off, sheets were ripped and full of holes. Half of the outlets worked and the other half did not, very concerning. Would not stay again.

There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the hallway when we arrived. Since we arrived late and went to bed, we did not notice the problems until morning. The bathroom floor was wet and smelled like waste water, there was black mold on the corner of the bathroom wall behind the door. Layers of paint over the molded area but you could still see it. The room or rooms should be condemned and no-one should habituate until the mold remediation is handled

There was poop in the tub in our bathroom and it took forever for them to take care of it

The bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the shower, and on the floor. The toilet did not appear to be clean. When we told the front desk the problem, she reached out to the manager, who offered us a $30 credit. I then asked the front desk personnel if $30 would correct a filthy room in her opinion? She kindly replied, “no”, but the manager won’t do any thing else for you. Bottom line: I stayed in a dirty room, as there were no other rooms available. I was not credited my full stay. It was late, and I did not want to move hotels when the options around me were not any better. I am a mom traveling across the country with my college student daughter alone. I was not wanting to leave a hotel at 9 pm in a city I did not know, after driving 9 hours. This experience has been very distasteful. Also, the noisy was terrible. Kids running and screaming until well after 11 pm. Does this hotel not enforce quiet hours? I will be eating this hotel very poorly.

Beds were clean but the whole room smelled like sewage and the bathroom was nasty…

Nice clean rooms. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet

This hotel is in a good location north of Albuquerque, was clean & had caring staff & basic breakfast. The hotel has been remodeled but our room needed a more quiet & accurate cooler, bath door was difficult to close because it was uneven to the floor, big gap under room door let in light & noise & floors tiled instead of carpet. Bed was too firm but linen was new & fresh.

We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable and quiet.

The air quality in the room wasn’t good in the room and the AC and ventilator were loud

The apartment was comfortable, but the traffic noise was bad. In addition, there was an ice machine in the hallway opposite our door, which made a lot of noise.

Lacks sound proofing. Was awakened multiple times due to doors slamming, noisy neighbors.

It was loud

Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was noise. Had asked for a “quiet room” and was put in a room across from the elevator and ice machine on the side of the hall facing a busy, very noisy street. I did appreciate that there was no carpet!

Hair dryer did not work. Neither did the heater.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. After a long day of driving the check in was quick and easy and the room temp was perfect. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations. Both the room and the lobby were clean and well kept and they are pet friendly. Overall great experience.

When we arrived at the Days Inn in Bernalillo, we had been driving for over 15 hours across country. As soon as we were met at the door by Valeria, all of our worries were over. Across the next couple hours, we asked her for maybe 15,000 things and every time she responded with a smile and zero complaints. thank you so much for making these weary bones a little more rested.

The hotel itself was average—nothing spectacular, but also not horrible. My bigger issues were with the pitiful breakfast and one of the staff members. The breakfast was significantly lacking, with a minimal selection. I had multiple issues with a young gentleman. When I checked in, I asked him about needing a crib for our room. I mentioned it when booking the hotel, and according to the website, they offered it. He knew nothing about the hotel's cribs and told me he would check into it. I went back to the front desk multiple times asking, and each time, he had no idea who I was and had forgotten to check on the crib. Finally, late that night, I was heading out to pick up the rest of my family from the airport, and he told me he had found them but that it wasn't going to fit in our room. He said that we could check once I was back from the airport. Once I was back, he was gone, and the new person working had no idea what I was talking about. After about 5 minutes, she found the crib and brought it to my room, where it fit just fine. I think he just did not want to deal with the hassle. He also only activated my room key for one night (I was staying for 6), and the next night, he took one of my key cards away and then proceeded to activate it only for two more nights. The girl who reactivated it again did it for the rest of my stay and gave me back my 2nd key card. I seriously think the hotel needs to reevaluate his employment.

We had a great stay. The beds were comfy and the staff was amazing. We didn’t eat breakfast there. Valeria, Ava and Irene were the front desk staff that helped in many ways.

We forgot a bag and didn’t realize it until we were 650 miles away. And not just any bag. It contained passports, credit cards, medicine, cash and a recently purchased defibrillator! We called and not only had it been turned in to list and found by housekeeping, but the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to use his lunch hour to take our bag to fed ex. There truly are kind and honest folks out there and several work at this days inn!

Travis and Irene from the front desk were great! The hotel was clean and all the staff were pleasant.

The rooms are decent. Front desk RUDE, gave me a hard time checking in. Key stopped working was questioned why it wasn't working? I don't know I don't work there.

The motel was conveniently located to the freeway, shopping, and dining. The beds were comfortable and had a lot of pillows. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was roomy, and had plenty of towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in eco-friendly bottles. Breakfast was available and there was an indoor pool. Overall, it was a nice room to stay in.

I appreciated the fact that they set out the breakfast before 6 am for the guest. We were able to grab a quick breakfast before going to the balloon fiesta.

We were told to stay outside of Albuquerque for safety, so we chose Bernalillo, but a car was broken into in the same parking lot we were parked in. That made us feel alittle leery, but the hotel itself was very nice.

This was a good stop for a one night stay for sleeping only. The pool and hot tub were nice, the hitel in general was good, but the only downside was just where it was located. Area was a bit shady. But iverall, it wasnt too bad.

Walks away from casino, if you like walking. Otherwise very nice place.

Liked staff. Friendly and helpful. Convenient location near places to eat, highway but not too close to highway and drugstore across the street. Beautiful view of sandia mountains.

Location was perfect for our trip. Check in was quick and staff was very polite and suggested Tap n Taco for dinner and a beer. The place was inexpensive, very good and fun. Bed was super comfy. There was truck noises early in the AM, but was able to go back to sleep. We did report water coming out of room 105, and the morning staff didn’t seem concerned??? We would stay there again, it was a good stay for the price.

Nice hotel, limited breakfast!

The breakfast selections were lacking compared to other hotels with comparable rates.

Staff was great and room and property were clean and updated. Walls are paper thin, we could hear every word of normal volume conversations in rooms on either side of us. Breakfast was very limited and the worst coffee I've ever had.

Breakfast was pretty minimal, and hardly anywhere to sit. Even with just a handful of people there. When we pulled up to check in, there were at least a dozen homeless people walking around. Parking lot seemed to be small, trucks would have a hard time parking for sure. The rooms seemed pretty clean

The breakfast selection left a lot to be desired. Compared to other hotels with comparable rates this breakfast selection was lacking.

The property itself is well maintained. I really liked the climate controls in the room. I also really liked the breakfast. Hotel breakfast offerrings during and immediately after covid essentially disappeared. But they've brought it back in style here. There were many items to choose from and nothing ran out.

Breakfast was great!

I don’t know whether the breakfast was healthy or not. We were there for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta and had to leave at 5:15. Breakfast normally started at six. As we were leaving, they did have breakfast put out and I wish they would have put a sign up to let us know they were going to be Putting breakfast out early. We had the added expense going in buying our family of seven breakfast somewhere.

Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Good coffee.

Our room was fantastic. So quiet. Great amenities. Staff was awesome, breakfast was better than expected, all was a perfect stay.
